YAY Haul, only one MAC item though.

So i'm a total noob at back to mac and i traded in 6 empty e/s pots for mac's high tea lipstick!

I also got the bare escentuals starter kit in tan/meidum tan. At first, I wasn't sure which shades to purchase so i asked one of the MUAs at Sephora. I am pretty tan for an Asian so i assumed that I should get one of the darker shades. Anyhow, the artist didn't look too experienced, but I didn't let that get to me. So she experimented with some of the shades and decided that light and fairy light would suit me best (!!!) She then applied those two all over my face for full coverage. Um, i looked like a ghost.

LOL.
i happened to be there with my mom and she could only laugh at my pallid face.

i'm so impressed with the starter kit. what a great price!

Great haul. i had a similar experiance, it was the middle of the summer last year and i was pretty tan and went in to get studio tech and the ma started trying like nc15, and caked it all over my face. My mom got a kick out of it too. haha
