Your Perfect Theme Weekend

Hi guys!
I wasn't sure where I should put this topic, but I'll try here. I am a MU at MAC, and I am also product specialist. I have to come up with new theme weekends. Sometimes it's easy with the line, but sometimes, it's a bit hard to be creative. What would be your ultimate theme weekend with MAC? What would you like the artists to emulate? I would appreiciate any new ideas. I think my brain is all dried up

This weekend our theme is an All White Affair....It's a great concept, but PLEASE NEVER DO THIS!!!

We should never wear white while working!!! I, of course, went out & bought a whole new outfit (since I don't own anything other than black anymore), knowing that I will only have to throw it away at the end of my shift.

(I love my PS more than life, but I am soooo not liking this theme day)

Let's see if I remember some themes:

1) Parisien - we dressed in black and white stiped tops, black pencil skirts, red scarf and a black beret...it was very elegant (but my feet were killing me because of the stiletto pumps I wore for 6 hours)

2) Spring time - we wore pastel colors (pink, yellow, blue, green, etc) with white bottoms...makeup matched the clothes...it was very cute, but got very very dirty (see Ms. Starlight's post about her white theme).

3) summer beach - anything summery (dress, bermudas, etc) with mega tanned skin, and bronze makeup. That one looked really cool.

4) Punk rockers - for Rebel Rock - we went all out for this, even putting in colored highlights or extensions.

5) Birds of paradise - we wore feathers glued to our faces (with duo) like a mask (but off to the side)...makeup was peacock colors as was the clothes

I'm sure I'll remember a few more and post them later...

How about Black And White, where clothing is black with white accents, and makeup is all black, white, and grey.

Or maybe for MoonBathe and Sunstrip have SUPER bronzed makeup, like the picture for Sunstrip, with bronzer and glitter applied dramatically to the face.

I saw a mac nearby do a gypsy theme. Some other cool ideas might include: arabian nights, fairy tales, or decades days like 70's (psychadelic) or 80's.

OK...we did this for an actual like, drinking party one time, but it was soooo cool. Some people were so creative. The guys were just funny, but the girls did a very good job. We did like, a drag queen theme, which was kind of odd since it was mostly girls. But that just meant wearing over the top make-up, feather boas, lots of glitter, etc. It's a good way to show off make-up, anyway.
