I wear contacts too =]
Just put it on the outer edge of your waterline and hold it away from your eye until it dries - you'll be fine.

But do those wet n' wild stay on your waterline the entire day? My eyes get rather watery and I prefer pencil liners for my waterline. Let me know please, TIA

It stays on my eyes for the entire day, but my eyes don't really get watery, but as long as you dont put the liner to close to your eyeball, i'm sure you will be fine lol
