I bought one, and it has been worth EVERY penny!! Thanks to my new skin care regimen I seldom get breakouts anymore (thank goodness!!), but when I do feel one cropping up, I zap that sucker and it disappears overnight. It's an expensive tool, but it's cheaper than multiple trips to the dermatologist's office. However: it does NOT work on blackheads, OR on really deep cysts. (I get about one of those a year, and I have to go to the Dr's office and get some cortisone injected under it, otherwise it lives on my face for a couple of months, ugh!)
