Zone & Glare Eyeshadows. Anyone know what finish these are?

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get my hands on Zone so I don't know which finish it is, but Glare is a frost...hths

If Zone is shimmery/non-matte, I'd say it's likely a frost or satin. Can't be a Veluxe, Veluxe Pearl, or Lustre, since those are newer finishes.

its green with gold specks .its a velvet finish
