The more I wear Her Own Devices, the more I like it. Definitely glad I got some. Still wouldn't mind She Who Dares, but I'll make do without. I don't get many opportunities to wear dark shadows anyway.

I'm impressed by those of you who can plow through blushes. I have a variety of shades now, and being pale, I don't have to use much at all to get it to show up. No backups needed!

I have a few blushes.. Maybe 6 or 7 and I feel as though I'll never use them up.

The only time I've ever gone through a blush or bronzer is if it broke!!

I did back up Marine Life though, just because I loved it so much, and now I've accidentally backed up Undercurrent! From VV, I think the ones that I would be most likely to backup would be the glosses, because I adore them and I go through my glosses pretty quickly

I'm having trouble with my T&L powder. A couple hours after I apply it to my face, my skin tends to become really shiny in the places where I applied the product. Is anyone else having this problem? I've only played around with three different types of highlighters, and they give me that subtle glow that I like and it does not come out shiny at all. I'm going to wear it a couple more times, and if I still have the same problem, then I think I'm going to swap it.

Oh, and does any one know what happened to the FOTD area? I have no clue where it's at anymore.

Hmmm - when I get home I will compare BoaA to my mb Intenso.

I think BoaA is much more pigmented though.

I'm loving my l/s challenge. This means every MAC l/s I own will be used between now and the beginning of December.

I agree about backing up the lipglasses, I hope they do a repromote of Wicked Ways , perhaps it'll return in the Wonder Woman collection! Then I can get a backup fa'sure, its such a lovely colour - I haven't worn it out yet as I don't want it to finish lol!!!

i still need to use the blue side of my mes! i have only used green so far! the green is truely stunning though!

I used the blue&green together in a sort of smokey eye…blue in the inner corner, green on the rest, I tried to take pics but it was night, the camera sucked and the makeup was just not fresh anymore.
Anyway here it is:





I think they work extremely well together, if you blend nicely you get a sort of tealish hue.

I had a dream last night I hit bottom on a blush... but it didn't just have a little spot where you could see bottom, it was almost gone and I thought "oh great, I post on Specktra how I'll never finish a blush and now this one is gone"

Your lipstick challenge sounds like fun. You've almost inspired me to do the same thing, except that, no fooling, I have about a hundred lipsticks (the advantages of having been around for a while is that you collect a lot of goodies over the years). It would take me months to get through all of them. Then again, it would be one way of ensuring that they all get some love. (And it would also be a way of deciding if there are any that can go back 2 Mac and be replaced with new goodies.)

I don't own any Nars blushers either.

One of these days I will purchase one.

My sister has Orgasm though.

But I have BoaA and she doesn't! Nahnah!

If I were to b-up anything from this collection it would be BoaA blush and TT l/s.

Alas, I'm on a no-buy right now so.....

And I'll be sad when I wear TT as part of my l/s challenge.

After i wear it I won't be able to wear it for another 33 days.

I believe that is how many MAC l/s I own.

Suprisingly, BR, Her own Devices, Darkly my dear, wicked ways, heartless is still available in stores. Very surprised about the Heartless lippie, it's so awesome!

Yeah - Sad but true: I only own 33 MAC l/s.

I have about 20 or so MAC l/g's.

For the longest time, ages really, I was dead set against purchasing products from LE collections.

I intensely disliked the concept, especially when my favorite MAC l/s. Rizzo, disappeared from MAC's l/s lineup.

After that, I swore no more LE products.

That's how I missed out on the earlier msfs.

Last year was the first year I actively paid attention to almost every MAC collection.

I didn't purchase from every collection, no, but I did buy what I liked.

As I've noted before, I was going to skip most of VV until I got my grubby hands on the products.

It ended up being a fun collection and I'm still drooling over it!!!

Strange Potion l/g still has me befuddled, though.

It is such a strange shade to release in the fall, I think.

I decided instead of putting it away until next year I'm going to try it out with a brown lippie or a brown l/p like chestnut.

I don't have that many brown l/s's from MAC, though.

I think I still have a smidgen of Shag l/s. I'll try SP with that.

Wow - 43 and 100 MAC l/s.

I think I would go crazy if I had so many.

^ Counted 'em up. 109. Meaning that if I started now, I could make it almost to the end of February without repeating. And that's assuming I didn't pick up a single new one between now and then which is, shall we say, unlikely.

I feel like I should put myself on a lipstick no-buy, but I have a feeling I wouldn't be terribly successful.

On the other hand, I have to say that I do wear the huge majority of them on as regular a basis as I can manage. I go through phases with lipsticks when they're new or when they go with a new look I've done and really like, but I'm generally pretty good at sharing the love.

I can't even count em.. lol. I have my personal, theirs (companies') and ours.. which are the one's I chop up into bits and pieces.

darlin, I have an Office which is where I actually work -- and is about 20 mins away from my home. I would never live with all the products I review/test -- they are kept in refrigerator's which are fitted especially for certain products and in order to maintain them bacteria free (kind of like a laboratory but not as clinical) and always rockin with music, art and lots of fashion images via podcasts, videos, magazines etc.
Don't worry I eat quite well..lol.
