I know if I showed her TT, Violetta or BoaA she would go crazy.
Those shades are right down her alley.
I wonder how long it will be before this collection shows up at cco's?
I'm still sayin' VV was one of the best and biggest collections of the year!

Is anyone still searching for Briar Rose? I've decided to sell off mine, BNIB, except for some fingerprints on the casing because I took it out to have a look. Damn I hate those glossy fingerprint magnet casing.
The hype makes me do crazy stuff... Like buying products that I know I will never ever use. I'm not a fan of muave/plum blushes on me in general, except for a few ones that I love. Sigh.

i'm sure somebody will be really happy to take briar rose off your hands. and i agree it is hard to not let the hype effect you - even now i wonder if i should have bought marine life powder - even though i know it's not actually that nice imo!

I've put it up for sale and swap both here and on MUA, but no one has indicated any interest! I'm now wondering if people are losing interest in it because the hype of VV is already over. That's fast. Yikes. Oh I think Marine Life is really pretty, I like the orangey-coral color on my face.

Anyway, I try not to fall into the hype overdrive machine. I try to take every thing with a grain of salt unless
the hype is coming from Her Greyness and she knows what she's talking about!
Marine Life is beautiful, Stereo Rose is gorgeous and Jazzed and Toxic Tale l/s are pretty hot too!
On to VV:
I'm still trying to pin down my absolute #1 product from this collection.
I am enamored with everything I purchased and have even figured out a few good ways to wear Strange Potion l/g during the fall.
I'm a lucky girl - I'm not restricted to a neutral face at work. I can wear - and do - anything I like!
I've been mixing VV goodies with SB and other dark, fall like colors like Diva, Dark side, carbon, and browns and other shades.
Everything has been getting a fair workout!
Me loves it!

Ditto! I'm in love with Innocence, Beware and I kept telling myself to go get a back-up but then I had that other little voice telling me.. this is MAC
and of course they will come out with another nude color that I will love and want! so0o.. let's hope that happens
tbh - it was really Specktra's fault I didn't buy a back-up! I seen that new lip products were coming out in upcoming collections...

I've tended not to wear innocence beware as it seems really tough to get colour payoff. The only creamsheen i have is creme d'nude and i only have to touch it to my lip and it gets soft and glides on but this i have to really press on and rub repeatedly to get any payoff and i'm scared it will snap off in the tube so its sitting in my draw unloved. I got hue the same day as IB and i absolutely love this one. Almost identical on the lip and nice and creamy although IB is more shiney and opaque .

I picked up Briar Rose about a week and a half ago (the last one at my counter!) and I am completely in love with it. I cannot believe I almost missed out on it! My tiny blush collection is slowly growing (well, more quickly now that I've added Bite of an Apple and Her Blooming Cheek also in the last month) and Briar Rose was a VERY welcome addition.
