I was thinking about getting cut a caper & the fairie glen, but I'm not too sure. Whats everyone thinking about these two lipsticks?

The pearlglides look lovely, black swan is stunning <3

When I first saw the peachy coloured blush, I wanted it so much, but I might just stick to Illamsqua's lover.

I am debating whether I should get the pigment set I've been eyeing or just wait till it hits the CCO. What's a girl to do?

I'm feeling the same way! I've taken a step back so far that I have decided I'm going to *attempt* to do "drugstore store only" purchases until next year! This way I
will have more money for other folks for the holidays lol and that should ease up the stress from the holiday collections too... At least I (too) am getting back
into music.. I finally listened to a few new albums I had been meaning too and I'm so glad I did!

i'd be shockd if the piggies didnt turn up at cco's. they usually do

Not yet

.. I decided to wait until I can try it in person to choose the colour match for me, so I got Laguna bronzer instead since it's universal for everyone so nothing could go wrong even when I can't swatch it in person

I wore the six beauties palette for the first time today and I love it. It looked so awesome with the new nars gloss, downtown. I had no problems with pigmentation. I used all colors except the darkest one, heather belles, I think it's called. I am in love with hold my gaze. I need like six of those. So so happy with this palette and twists of tartan. Now I just need the neutral lip glass set and I am done with Mac until Xmas.

Shontay will you post swatches when you get this? I'm still debating if I want it now or if I can risk it and hope it gets to my CCO. I would like to see swatches on darker skin.

For those of you wondering about the sizes, here are some pics:

I don't own any regular sized MAC brushes so I pictured them close to some LE brushes (from this year's set) and another bigger brush I have (this is about 19cm - 7 ½ inches in length)



























FYI:


The liplglass tin is about 4 ½ inches (11,4 cm) in height and the base is about 3x3 inches (7,6 cm)
The piggies tin has the same base but the height is 3 ¼ inches (8,2 cm)


I don't know if these pics are ok for the swatch topic as well…if they are I'll post them there as well.

Here are some swatches of the cool piggies set.
I had no idea how hard it is to make color accurate swatch pictures…I tried so many different lights but I guess sunlight is the only way to show the color nicely.
I'm gonna re-try tomorrow with daylight. In the meanwhile, here are the ones that didn't look like cr@p

For reference: my skin is about NC15/20 (still have some doubts since I don't use liquid foundation)
Mauvement has more golden-bronze sparkles in it.
Softwash grey has a lot more purple.
Silver fog is pure metallic silver.
All are swatched dry

I had a look at the Chapter 1 stuff for the first time today - wasn't blown away (which is good...cause I can't afford to be blown away haha!)

I did come away with The Faerie Glen though, which is about as close to a perfect nude as Im ever likely to get

I really love it. I kinda only wanted it for the name at first so Im really glad that Im loving the colour too haha!
