^^ Thank you so much for the swatches, now I can justify getting both the Rouge Cocos because they do indeed look different. I'll have to wait until January for Canada to receive this collection but I'm excited!

Thanks for the swatch Winthorp44, Jersey Rose looks great on your arm. Here's me hoping that it will look like this on me too :)

I just wore Peregrina and the JC outside and I love them both! I would say that on me Peregrina has just a touch more pink to it than in the collection promo shot in my avatar. Hope this helps!

^^ Can't wait to see your Flamboyante!

Thanks for the swatches, winthrop. I would love to know which you like more after wearing both l/s a few times. I hope the JC stay peach on me, but mine will be in EU baked formula so it may differ.

So my Saks lady called this morning to let me know they also got this collection. She said that Coquette is a very soft pink with peach undertones. According to her, Flamboyante is really pink not so much red. She said that the grey el is very shimmery but she loves it. I'm going to wait on it for now.

I just got my order - hooray! I love Espiegle blush. So pretty. Definitely more peachy on me than pink. It is such a gorgeous glowy peach, with maybe a slight hint of pink.
Jersey Rose is a pretty, wearable pink. A medium pink with a hint of peach (on me). I put Imaginaire RAEG on top and wow, I am loving that combo!!

Elegant -- have you experimented with the quad? Now I am wanting it, too . . .
I am thinking that Peregrina would be a perfect match with Espiegle. Trying to decide on that one!

There is also other mousie toys & catnip in the stocking.
The pups stocking has 3 various chew dog bones, a baby stuffed squeaky hedgehog, little basketball, a skineeze Bunny on the left & a Beaver on the right.

Yay! I am so happy that you love what you got - thats always nice! The blush is so pretty. I still have to get Imaginaire - that sounds too gorgeous.

I haven't had a lot of time to yet - but I personally still love the whole quad. Its just too pretty.

hey ladies

how would ESPIÈGLE look on nc40 olive skin tone?

I think it is a blush for a wide variety of skintones. It's not too orange or pink -- just a gorgeous peachy shade. I think it is easily buildable. I tried it today -- I am probably a NW20 or 25 and it didn't take much to show up (just a swirl with the skunk brush).

Elegant -- you are too cute with the stockings! So fun. We are counting down the days . . .

So, from what I read everyone who got Espiegle liked it and it did not turn orange?

Btw, what's the problem with the blushes in the baked formula? I have Pink Explosion and quite like it.

funny!

No, it didn't turn orange at all. Its because it has this soft rose pink base to it - I believe. I haven't had any problems with any of Chanel's blushes!

PE is a good one - so far anyway. As compared to the US JCs, some of the baked ones are hard and difficult to get pigment out of, or they tend to harden with time, and they're not as glowy but more glittery. The formula is also different. The US ones contain mineral oil whereas the Euro ones do not. (And the Euro ones bother my rosacea a bit while the US ones don't - inexplicably since I usually can't tolerate mineral oil!)

Bis -- just like Elegant mentioned -- the blush has a soft pink tint. It definitely shows up peachy on me -- but a soft peach, not orangey at all. I never ended up getting In Love blush because I thought it might be too orange-y for my skintone. So glad I got Espiegle instead!

I've decided I really do want Gris Scintillant liner, but I'm still going to have to wait until January to get it. I plan on doing a Chanel liner haul for it and a couple others. I really like their liners and have no trouble with fading or smudging. They last all day on me!
