Christa -- hope all goes well with your surgery tomorrow. Get lots of rest today and hopefully you'll be feeling better soon! The stomach flu is the worst.
MissQQ -- hope you are feeling better as well. 'Tis the season for colds and flu. I am keeping my fingers crossed that none of us get it!! You'll have to let us know when you get your goodies.
Meg -- thanks for the link. I really love the dark shade in the quad as a liner -- so pretty. I will wait on it, though -- I have been spending too much $$ this month. Can't wait to get my new blush and lippie tomorrow! I can't believe it takes 5 business days to get to me!
Bis -- I am kinda glad Nakkar is a bust, too. I don't need anything else on my wishlist!

mrslid, it is so exciting to think about not having to wear glasses/contact lenses anymore. I wear glasses all the time, so I know how you feel about the e/s not having a chance to be in the spotlight.

No, I think I'm going to pass on it. If it had different colors - less light ones in it maybe.. I like the 2 darker ones but thats it.

Felena0 on YouTube has some of the best hauls - they are short and sweet. She recently posted a Spring haul and has swatches of Coquette, Black Pearl and Nacree. Coquette definitely looks pink in her video.

Now that I've had a chance to play with my goodies, I can say for sure that the eyeliner and quint are going back. The eyeliner is very shimmery..on me it looks like blue shimmer. When I wear it with the quad it's too much shimmer.
The colors in the quint are pretty but they are very sheer. I packed the purple color on in my crease and it was barely noticeable. They also seem to fade pretty quickly - by lunchtime all I saw was shimmer but not much color. This is an expensive quad and for that kind of money I expected more.

Karen has posted a swatch of Rouge Coco in Peregrina - I thought it would be more peach but is more pink on her skintone, but I rather like it. It`s lovely!

To anyone who's seen it in person, can you describe the color please? Sometimes it looks orange/peach and others it leans pink...just like Coquette! What's up with that? I think this is the most conflicted I've been about lipstick purchases to date.

I think some of these lipsticks might be a "you have to try it on yourself" kind of thing. I only tried Peregrina on once quickly last night in my bathroom but at least in that light, on my pigmented lips, it was an almost milky peach/pale orange, nothing like it looks on Karen in those pics linked above - but we are very different skintones. I'm not sure how much I like it yet but it's definitely unique to my lipstick collection. I'm sure Sabrina, Amy and Karla will have great swatches of it next to Jersey Rose which will help alot since so many people got Jersey Rose. If I get a chance (and some decent light) I'll do arm swatches of both too.
