I saw this collection passing by Nordstroms today. I didn't want to touch too much because I want to wait until the new year to buy when I have more money. The blush is lovely and so is the nude gloss. Those are the things I want most. The quad is also lovely. I just love the way Chanel puts things together. Can anyone tell me if You've Got It cremesheen is similar to the nude close in this collection? I'm thinking You've Got It is cooler. Either way, I'll probably still buy it because it's so beautiful.
Wait, now I'm thinking I was looking at the Holiday collection. I am so out of the Chanel loop right now. Whoops.

Hi guys!!! I checked out Coquette - blah - I did not like it in person. It definitely is not pink pink. Its more on the darker orangey peach with maybe some pink tones in there somewhere. Pass for me.
I did get Black Pearl np because its so pretty in person.
I also got the gris liner - meh - its just ok. Its a light medium grey with good shimmer. It should've had a little more darker grey depth to it for me. I'm not sure if I'll keep it. I will play with it more later.
Peregrina also arrived & I LOVE it! I put it over the new pink ccb from mac accidentally & it was soooo pretty.
I'm done with this collection.

I got the lip kit for Christmas and love both of the glossimers and liner. My girls were so excited for me to open it -- so cute. I am still loving the blushes and lippies I've gotten from the Spring collection. Maybe I can take some pics of everything this week.
Random -- does anyone have the Rouge Coco in Secret? I am wanting another nude l/s and wondering about this one?

Hey everyone!
Hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and holiday! I am enjoying some time off with my kids and doing a little bit of baking and a whole lot of cleaning (missing the town house a little!).
I'm still waiting for the spring collection, but I'll have to cut back a bit after going a bit overboard with Cham pale! So it's two lippies, the quad and the blush for now.

I'm a bit bummed out that Europe gets this collection so much later. It's like we have to endure the harsh winter firstLadies please! Leave some products for coming to Europe!
Now seriously, I am enjoying so much checking the forum and your pruchases. Thank you very much for your opinions and swatches. I hope I will get my hands soon on both RCs. Btw, no one is interested in the lip pencils? I was thinking about the peach one ...

Yes, we had a great time at our sons!!! OMG - we got so little sleep that we crashed bad last night.
The cat & dog would NOT let us sleep any of the nights. It was like trying to sleep in the jungle I swear! They both wanted to sleep with us & then they barked & meowed constantly. They were like kids overloaded on sugar & too much stimuli
Nora - So funny how we both liked the same things from Cham Pale. Cleaning = blah! But what did you bake that the rest of us can drool over. I'm so happy that your family had a nice Christmas too. Its great to have down time with the kids.
fieran - Its a pretty harsh winter here too, but nah, that wouldn't stop me from makeup shopping. I hope you find some goodies when you do get the collection.
Miss QQ - I personally think its a good skip. Maybe that color will work for some, but it just seemed kinda blech to me. Saves you some money honey

They were sold out online of most of it, but I called a store and got the plates, bowls and mugs and they were all on sale. However, I think my husband will put me in a major "time out" if I keep spending
I was surprised by the Rose Dust blush -- it is really pretty. Kind of reminds me of MAC Mocha blush, but with that Chanel glow to it.
I am loving Espeigle blush -- wearing it right now with Muscat glossimer --
I saw on Temptalia that she said it might not work as well for cool toned skins, but I am cool toned and it is so pretty on

I am a bit doubtful about Flamboyante because I was thinking in getting Rouge Dior in Blossom as a strawberry pink lipstick, so I think I will make my decision when I reach the store and I can compare them properly. I still don't know what to do about the JC, cause I have been splurging a lot on NARS blushes lately and now I feel a bit guilty .. although I don't own any shade similar to Espiegle's ...

I will have to take a look at the Dior ls (not that I'm buying it) it sounds really pretty.I just got the new Benefit blush Bella Bamba & it is so gorgeous. Its a little bit pinker corally Nars Orgasm with beautiful gold pearl in it. Loves it on.
I'm sooo beyond the guilt stage at this point
