I love signing in and seeing news! I wasn't planning on buying anything from this one but some of the products look good and I don't have much of a collection so no worry about repromotes for me! I don't own a single blue eyeshadow so the quad will be mine! I'm also kind of excited about the jumbo gloss. My purses are always huge and I can never find my gloss very quickly, this should help, lol. Plus it comes out on my anniversary so the hubs won't even mind a big haul. Yay!!


ETA: I never tried Opulash, but the colored ones are tempting. Is it a good mascara for volume?

Wow, the packaging looks like something that goes in a lunch box

MAC missed the chance of doing a fun collection, with a design that goes with the new version of superheroes (that no one would be embarassed to use in public). Maybe something in metal, with details in blue, red and yellow. Hello Kitty looks the classiest thing MAC ever done after this!

I am really disappointed with this collection - packaging and colours.

I'm dissapointed with the packaging of some products. I think the lipsticks and palletes look pretty cool, but the liner

. In the video the girl showed the liner and it looks like a crappy plastic cheap liner. I also don't like the lipgloss packaging and the pigment packaging. I think it's because of the yellow line. That's what makes it look cheap. If it was gold like the lipsticks it would have been a lot better.

I agree about the liner LOL. I actually love the pigment packaging, but since the pigments and glitters are apparently permanent at Pro I might just make a phone order with Pro and get them in the regular, cheaper packaging to save a few pounds.

I'm anxious to go the launch party now that I've finally seen some photos. I would like to get the purple mascara but like murflegirl said I wonder if the color will show up good. I've also yet to find a good colored mascara...even tried Estee's Sumptious Color with no luck .

Emancipation looks so sheer. It looks like one of these sparkly glosses that basically have no pigmentation that MAC likes to make but they have been doing good for the past 6months not to but I guess they return to it. Plus I guess you do need glosses you can just throw on top of anything sometimes.

The rest of the glosses look really pretty and pigmented. Thx for all the pictures you spectradetectives.

Do watch out, though - if you get caught for Customs duty, you could end up paying more than you thought. Not only do you get charged by Customs, but the Post Office very kindly charge you £8 just to collect the customs fee!

I know about nasty customs fees. Luckily most people know to put gift on the package to save the fees. I once got stung for £18 on a order from the us.....never again.

hey i just found out about specktra a few days ago and i love it! i've been so excited for this collection and this thread has been so helpful! anyways the pictures from this collection look amazing! i want so much from it! i'm gonna have to save some serious money! hahaha!
