I have UD's Big Fatty in that cherry color. I hate the formula of that mascara and therefore I don't even wear it. I agree that it's dry.

well. i think my list is set. if i am able to get any of this is another question, however. i'm expecting to not be able to find stuff when i get back in the States.
any who tay hoo, i think i will ponder the following for purchase:
Marquise d' lipstick
Mighty Aphrodite (mainly because i like to say that and do a kinda 70s kung fu move with it while "brickhouse" plays in my mind) blush
Pink Power and Golden Lariat MSFs
Army of Amazons and Victorious mascaras
I wanted to get the Defiance quad, but now not so much. dunno. need to marinate.

So dissapointed with the defiance eyeshadow quad swatches on Temptalia.com =( I really didnt think that last shade would come off so brown! Not buying that or the Golden Lariat MSF just looking forward to Pink Power and Mighty Aphrodite Blush =D Thanks to Christine my wallet wont be so empty haha =D

i have to say i'm a little disappointed...nothing to exciting in this collection. i was especially looking forward to the pink msf but it looks way too orange, not pink at all.
i'll still buy something because i love the packaging and marquise'd looks nice but i'm seriously underwhelmed.

At the moment, I'm interested in Mighty Aphrodite, Marquise d', and Emancipation, but not sold on anything. I could end up with all three, or nothing depending on how I'm feeling come site launch day.

after seeing swatches i really want the athena's kiss lipglass! i know i said i was'nt going to get any lipglasses but that color is too pretty to pass up!

I watched both videos and checked out all the swatches before bed last night and slept on it. I have cut my list down a bit.
I love the look of the lip gloss colors. But the huge applicator seems messy. I'll feel like a crazy person applying it in public. Plus taking it out looks so hard and messy. I am sure MAC will come out with some similar shades soon. I would actually love to get my hands on one or two lipglasses from the Lightfully Bright collection.
The Amazon Princess blush is way too intense for my pale skin. I hate buffing blush in too much. I think I will try out Mighty Aphrodite instead.
I am a sucker for pink lipsticks and I missed Style Curve so I think I am still going to get Spitfire l/s.
Ok so here is my new list:

Valiant Eyeshadow Quad $40
Mighty Aphrodite $24
Victorious Mascara $15
Army Of Amazons $15
I am wondering if I should just get all three colored mascaras since my UD mascaras were such a disappointment. And I really want that Valiant Quad but I am not SOLD on it. I love green shadows and they all look amazing on Christine but I feel like I can get similar colors elsewhere. Plus that will save me $40 and I can put it towards the blue mascara.
I just got off the phone with the MAC store that I am going to for the collection and the SA told me they aren't going to be getting a lot of the blushes so I might want to come in the day of the release or order it online asap. If I miss out on the blushes I won't be too bummed out because I kind of want it more for the packaging than the actual product (I know, its bad to do that lol).
But she said I should be safe on everything else on my list if I come in second day. I am worried a little about the Marquise d' lipstick though. I know it is popular.

I'm 100% with you. I was excited abou thte eyshadows and MSFs but that's over. I can't believe Christine thought so poorly of the quads. I think I'm just going to get a lipstick and/or lipgloss for the packaging. So I'm going to save LOTS of money.

After seeing all of the swatches, I think I only really want/need the blue makeup bag..it's so big! and maybe the mirror and a couple of lipsticks? the blushers & MSFs seem dupable to some of the blush duos that came out with the In The Groove collection last year....

Yeah, I think I'm just sticking to the lipsticks for this one, I just want Marquise D' and Russian Red. Not loving the eyeshadows or face products
There will be a ring?! Maybe I'm late on this one, but I don't think I've heard of a ring before. I NEED that one, hope it will be available online.

nice! i'm glad it's bigger..right now I'm using the red one from MAC xmas '08 and a Sailor Jerry makeup bag..one large one seems economical! haha!
yeah i am getting a make up bag! my old silver clarins one is pretty beat up!! so it's a nessessity really!
