Really? I've had boo-boos and mishaps from MAC before and theie cs were right on it. When I recieved the blush palettes instaed of the 15 e/s palettes thay told me to keep them and they sent out the e/s ones right away. I've also had a damaged item and they expressed me another one. Maybe you got a screwy rep or they changed things.I'm so ticked off at mac right now....the MAC chick at CS didn't do something right & so they canceled the MA blush replacement for the broken one - but never emailed or called me. I just happened to call cs tonight to verify the reshipment & the new cs lady said it was cancelled because someone else has to do the reshipping???? How the heck am I supposed to know that! Well the girl was supposed to tell me & didn't so it automatically cancelled the item.
I asked for a manager & she said their cs didn't take care of it correctly. So now I have to wait to talk to someone tomorrow to see if I can get it replaced.
So, I can get it, I can't get it & then maybe I can get it! WTH! What kind of cs is that? geesh
