Good grief! The tension in my stomach as I read your post. LOL,

this is like when I watched Paranormal Activity for the first time. I'm reading these delicate blush opening posts with one eye open, followed by a sigh of relief.

It came!! In the smallest box I've ever gotten haha. I open the box...pull back the tissue...And the box is open. Both ends. I get nervous. Slowly pull MA out. There's some powder on the case. Uh oh. Pop it open... It's intact! Gosh, am I relieved. It's beautiful! Now I get to wait all day tomorrow for the makeup bag. At least that can't break.... Right?

OK now, don't jinx yourself about the bag.

I wore Spitfire today to college classes, and it is seriously gorgeous! I had like 4 friends compliment me on it as soon as they saw me! And hardly anybody even comments on my make-up. I did it with a neutral pinky shimmery eye with black winged liner and a touch of Illamasqua Nymph on my cheeks. It's really, really lovely though, and I'm so glad I got it! And plus wearing time is excellent, I wore it from 9AM-11PM, and only touched it up once. It survived really well through eating!

oops, and forgot to add, I was trying Spitfire out last night with different lipglosses, and if you have Revenge is Sweet from VV, definitely try it on over it. It deepens the color a bit and makes it super shiny!

It's really starting to tick me off how PP still says "coming soon" on the Canadian website.

It's weird, isn't it? I know that the Montreal Pro store is already sold out of it, so they need to get it up on the site so people could actually order it.

I tried it out in store and loved the two smaller bits, hated the big brown bit. I'm not a fan of bronzers in general, but this one just looked completely poo-ey on my skin anyway. I think it would be very nice on someone a little darker than me and/ or with a more golden tone to their complexion.

! Yay! I was scared to open my Mighty Aphrodite. Honestly. I held my breath and opened the compact slowly hoping it would be in one piece. And it was! I felt very lucky! I love the colors a lot. I also got Army of Amazons mascara. I cannot wait to play with them!

That's how mine came, except mine was just one end opened, but powder on the case also. Thank goodness it was before all of the blush horror happenings and the pic of Elegant's MA corpse

(may it rest in peace) or I would've had a panic attack while opening it. In the end mine was ok like yours.

I was very happy! MA is very pigmented! I put some on before I washed my face... wasn't expecting it to be so BAM! and I looked like a clown

But I wiped it away and tried again. It's wonderful! I love coral-pink blushes... Now I can't wait to try it tomorrow with some other makeup.

I'll be happy to get the bag... I travel alot so I'm excited to get that.

It was black box day yesterday! I was busy at work and was exausted, but then I suddenly perked up when I knew I was coming home to my WW goodies!

I'm so loving the things I got. I love love the packaging! It really does feel/look like kids makeup and cartoony, I LOVE it! And of course the artwork on the boxes.
Lippies:
AK and Spitfire is a lovely combo. I am soooo not used to bright lippies but these are such a great start for me. I'm def gonna have to be careful with what I wear with these lippes, a nudey or shimmery neutral eye I suppose.
Athena's Kiss l/g- it feels amazing on my lips! I love how opaque these l/g's are, very good color payoff. I like how its shiney instead of shimmery, as a lot of my glosses are glittery or shimmery so its nice to start getting some variety. I actually love the applicator! It doesnt take much to get in on my small mouth. I like the way the applicator feels. I kept putting it on yesterday just sitting at home lol I def want to get Empancipation now. I hope they make more of this formula.
Spitfire l/s- I am in LOVVVVVE! It's bold without being too bright. And a darker color but not overly so. I have Style Curve, they are simular but different. SC is glossy and more purple and SF is more fuchsia pink with a semi-matte look. I'm excited to experiment with it. It leaves a pretty pink tint to my lips even after its off!
Marquise D'- Such a pretty nudey peachy color. I have nothing even close to this in my stash so I'm happy.
Mighty Aphrodite Blush- So purttttty! Def worth the hype! I dont have any face colors like this. It love how it brightens up my face. With the two colors it has some great combos with other colors. I want to try the dark part for contour and Oh So Fair BP on the apples and blended together. It's going to be such an awesome color to wear in the spring and summer! YAY Which I'm so ready for! It's so cold here!

I got Spitfire and I love it! I'm very pale skinned, but with dark hair and eyes, and I'm not the sort to wear anything that's too bright. I was wearing Spitfire yesterday when my son's tutor arrived, and she complimented me on it. The previous day I wore Athena's Kiss and she was wowed by that too. I even went out wearing it. The colour was surprisingly long lasting, even after the shine wore off.

It's so annoying! I called last week and they said it was supposed to be online, but it still isn't. I can't stock the website forever. lol
Sorry to hear that it didn't work for you. I don't think I'm much darker than you, and I do not want to look poo-ey, so you're easing my paint just a tad. haha

Have any of you found Mac dupes for MA-blush? Permanent or limited edition blushes? It would be interesting to see how it compares to other Mac's peachy pink blushes.

It still sucks that the lipglass packaging has problems, Emancipation is just my colour, but I know it would bug me to get gloss on my clothes. Not to speak that huge wand. Sigh, I guess it's a good thing Devilishly Stylish is so close and I have two of those. Maybe I'm good.

interesting... this is exactly how mine came as well. they definitely didn't package this one properly I think, they're lucky they didn't have more break in transit

Whew! Yay - I am so happy for you. And OMG - both of my boxes came that way too yesterday - with the ends open. Freaked me out. They put both in bubble envelopes. Ugh, powder on the case...thats how I saw my first one. Thanks goodness yours was fine. I got Marquise d too - its so pretty on.
