Has anyone been talking about pairing Army of Amazons mascara with Ivy fluidline?

This is a 100% perfect match made in makeup heaven.

It just glows with color.

When I was @ the MAC counter yesterday, the MA said one customer had put 8 Marquise'd l/s on hold !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was dang thats tooooo funny. It should be a limit on how many items a person can put on hold. I mean really do you REALLY need eight (8) ?????????? lol

They will probably end up on evilbay...

Me too! At my counter we can't put anything on hold, but still i wish it was different at counters were you can.

My Marquise 'd lipstick is scheduled to arrive today via UPS.

The extra PP MSF is still scheduled to ship on the 18th.

I was at Mac today and I guess everyone is sold out of Pink Power and mot of Golden Lariat as well. At first, I wasn't interested in either, but I usually do love MSFs, even ones that seem like they wouldn't work on my skin tone (I have So Ceylon and Metal Rock and I love both). So... I'm not sold on the idea, but I thought I'd ask if anyone here has purchased either of the MSFs from this collection. Are they worth the excitement? Or are there better things for a girl to spend her money on? I'd be particularly curious if any ultra-pale ladies have tried these out. I swear I get whiter every day...

I asked that and no one has answered. I really want to know about the Golden Lariat for pale girls. It looks lovely but I am afraid to try it because I will want to swap it if it doesn't work on pale girls. I am uber pale (NC 15) so you know who's swatches don't help me at all for the MSF department. I got a PP and I think it will work for pale girls, but that brown stripe annoys me. I wonder if I can use it as an eyeshadow or soemthing. I think I am too pale to use it as a bronzer and if I tried to contour with it, it would just look like dirt. I may swap it as well. Maybe I will swap both MSF for the quads. But what I really want is for some pale girls to talk some sense into me and convince me to keep them both. I just love the packaging on both!!!

I'm NC15 too and i honestly think Golden Lariat is to dark for us. Pink Power looks really pretty and that one will work for us. The brown part will work as contour i think, just try to use it very lightly. Maybe you can keep PP and swap GL for a quad, that way you have one of each!

And really if you're already afraid for the brown of PP, don't you think GL will be even worse

thanks Pink Dollface, that's a great idea. I was wondering if the orange part of GL could be used as blush instead of an MSF. But it does look very orange. Like it would turn me into either Jerseylishious or Oompa loompa fake tan territory

i think mac should limit people to 1 of everything, but they can have 2 of something as long as its the only thing they are getting 2 of. they need to be strict so half their products dont appear on ebay

i suppose they dont really care because at the end of the day, they're still getting the money as they are being bought from them originally anyway
