well I have AK and I love it! Magnetique was a fave gloss of mine and is almost gone, and this is similar only with pretty shimmery sparkles (no visible glitter spikes of doom). And I am wishing I had ordered SI myself. So I say, get both woman!
Anyone who has either Style Warrior or Wet, Wild and Wonderful can you compare it to SI gloss? I layered WWW over Heroine today and it looked good, but I am wondering more and more about Secret Identity. Does it have sparkles and what color do they reflect?????

Well today I went to Selfridges to have a look at the collection. MAC had 2 extra areas in the store to promote the 2 week exclusivity of the collection with models galore. I took a pic with 2 models and got a copy of it - kinda similar to the pics ladies in the US received when Venomous Villains came out.
I will be definitely getting Mighty Aphrodite and Marquis'd - love Athenas Kiss, but it was pretty annoying trying to get that applicator out - its absolutely humongous! But funnily enough, nothing else really took my fancy!

What is the fabric on the bag. Is it smooth, treated. some type of plastic?

[/quote] It feels very similar to denim. It's not entirely smooth, but it's not rough or uncomfortable either. I don't get a plasticy feeling from it either. I think if you spilled a drink on this thing, you'd be screwed.

And the Monchichi. I can't help but hear the commercial "Monchichi, Monchichi, oh, so soft and cuddly". That was tooooo many years ago. How can I remember that jingle, yet not what happened yesterday??

I have Style Warriors lipgloss (ahem, 2 of them, I LOVE, love, love that lipglass!) and just got Secret Identity yesterday.
I just ran and swatched the two on my hand next to each other. To my eye, I don't see a distinguishable shimmer like I do with Style Warriors. Style Warriors is much more opaque, less red, and has that beautiful silvery microshimmer.
Secret Identity is a yummy caramel color, less opaque and quite flattering on its own. I would say that over Heroine, it's not as different than many glosses (do you know what I mean? I mean I think if you want SI for the purpose of wearing over Heroine, you could easily dupe with other glosses). I like SI for the purpose of wearing by itself or over a liner like creamola. It really is a SI can be (for me) a "slap on without a mirror if necessary lippy", where SW it could get kinda sloppy if you tried that. lol.
I've noticed that on my regular lipglosses, I do the twisty turn now whenever I take out the applicator. I have still not had any flying gloops, so... yay! lol
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm getting kind of used to the humongoid applicator, and when I took out a regular size one today, I felt like a giant playing with a farie's teaset or something.
(also, I kind of suck at describing colors and differences.)

I got tracking today on my WW tote! Yay! I should have it by Monday! I was really unsure on whether this was going to ship or not. I'm even more excited for it now after seeing Shontays Pics!

My Wonder Woman goodies have arrived!
I must admit, having read about the broken blushes, I opened Mighty Aphrodite with some trepidation, as it was covered in a film of pink powder. I was relieved to find all was well There was a little powder on Amazon Princess as well, but again it was intact. Not sure how they manage to do that.
Pink Power looks enormous sat in my hand lol.
I'm looking forward to trying these out later, as well as the Ivy fluidline and Ego mega Metal which I ordered with them.

I am so tempted to get that tote now after seeing pictures. Shontay - does it have a zipper or snap on top? Without that, I can see my stuff flying out and a lot of cursing from me.
I got SI yesterday and I love it. This really may be my HG neutral gloss. A hint of color, a hint of shimmer, not sticky at all. Even though it's big as a mutha I still want a back up. Must resist.
Since I can't talk about WW without a story about my little boy, here's the most recent funny. I showed him my lipgloss and he asks "so that's what WW lips look like?" I say sure (I mean he's 4 he doesn' know). Then he gets real close to me and says "is that what WW lips smell like?" (The lipgloss probably has the strongest scent of vanilla that I've had in all my years of buying lipgloss from MAC). I start laughing and say yeah. He get's a big smile and says "Awesome!"
Now if I can just get my shirt I'll be done. Maybe. Anyone get their shirt yet? I know they've had drama with the sizes (it didn't take when ordered so you had to respond to an email) so I was told yesterday some were still pending.
ETA: I'm wearing the pink side of AP with Briar Rose and it's turned out to be a fabulous combination. Takes a bit of the brightness out of the pink but still looks like a true pink and not berry.

my goodies have arrived and i must say that i am slightly dissapointed. I have found them a little anti climatic! i wasnt into the collection that much anyway but i thought the items i did get were going tio be amazing and they are just average. the msf in pink power is lovely and feels very big in my hand. like others have said it could have done with a mirror inside though. i think my 165 brush will be good for this. other brushes may be too big to get to each section of the powder. The peachy blush is also nice but i feel like i could have lived without it. marquise'd lipstick is a great nudie shade and i am pleased to have it in my collection. the lipstick packaging is cute too so i'm pleased i have it. the green mascara is the favourite thing! such a pretty green! that said i have not tried it on my eyes yet so i will report back when i get home from work to see how it shows up on me!
