Hello everyone! So im new to this forum thing, and while i am a huge make up enthusist, i find myself wanting to share my recent purchase with a popular brand that seems to be popping up everywhere on Facebook. I thought from the first look that they looked awesome, cool colors, and collections etc. Well when i finally order from them, it turned into a nightmare. I ordered 5 colors at the begining of this month. It took until yesterday to get it, and when i finally do recieve it...its not even what i ordered. i have corresponded with the companys president frequently...she said my order would be shipped one day and never was, then a week later, i get another email saying the same thing. It has been a very annoying issue. I had also placed an order with Facefront cosmetics that same night and recieved my order a week later. Which, by the way...my purchase was awesome. Also the president claims angry people are harrassing her customers and one of her followers even went as far as messaging me a persons link supposedly doing the harrassing. I never even asked for names or links of anyone. Which to me is childish and people should NOT be sending peoples link only to get harrassed themselves. It seems as if this company has done alot of things that are not cool. I just thought i would let my fellow make up lovers know so they can better make a decesion to purchase from this company.
