So I bought both today. They are beautiful! the coral is stunning. The other shades make great es as well.
The glosses are really really pretty. Pensee is beeeeautiful.
Everything I think looked lovely in person.

I have a question... I noticed that on chanel website they don't charge tax.. I have never ordered from the website. ( I don't have patience to wait for my order to arrive) but I am on submit ur order page & no tax.. If this is the case I should cancel my pre order with nordstrom ( I am in California & here we pay 9.25% tax) The extra money I'll pay in nordies can buy me with few additional $$ a new RCS...Anyways they are getting collex in April end so that is taking even longer..

Chanel.com doesn't charge tax -- and right now are offering free shipping -- yay!

Well, I only got the 2 bronzers & Aventure ls. because I have that other pre order for the np, eye pencil & Pink Peony & I am going to add Pensee (beautiful)

What did you think of the eyeliner in person?

I thought the Rose Platine is a very pretty silvery taupe. Its great for a softened eye look. I am curious as to how it will look on the inside eye rim/waterline. I don't have anything in that color range in a liner. I am not sure why its called Rose though

I think MAC has/had something very similar but the name escapes me.

Winthrop, curiosity got me.. and I have just now counted about 6 pencils which are dupeable for this product.. MAC had a velvet pencil which landed in the powerpoints... but the name escapes me too. It's really a generic nice pencil.. but nothing out of this world scream from the rooftops product.

How strange! I just ordered today and didn't get charged tax. I wonder if it depends on what state you live in??
