ok so the brushes definitely have my interest peaked! im wondering if we'll soon see videos on how to use these new brushes. im excited to find out. as of now i want all 4 of em

My darlings, I know this is totally off-topic but the grammar policeman in me has just got to say.....
A person's interest is "piqued". I think it comes from an old fencing term.
Sorry, I'm not trying to call anyone out - I've just seen it spelled all different sorts of ways in this thread and the old fart writer in me had to finally blurt something out.
FWIW, my interest is TOTALLY piqued by the brushes and this collection in general. I hope there's a good selection of shadows that aren't black-based, since I've got those covered. I'm getting some of those cremesheens for sure too!

usually mac does nt release any collections in june i think.. at least tts frm what i undstd frm these ladies here.. bt there may be a nordstrom exclusive collection coming out..

As much as I want to love this collection, I have to pass. I am so turned off by the LE frenzy right now and MAC's inability/unwillingness to provide good customer service just makes it worse. I will have to live vicariously through all of you for awhile.
after the stress with surf baby and quite cute... I'm not sure I wanna stress out over highly-demanded-easily-sold-out-limited-edition-nightmares!

I think Mac should be keeping a closer eye on the number of these sorts of comments that are going around right now. One of my MAs told me that there was an issue with the Quite Cute lipsticks, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that that particular insanity was unintended. However, with the number of LE collections they have and the number of rapid sellouts on each, there is an inordinate amount of stress. They have some nice limited colours, but to me, there are more and more nice colours available from other companies and they don't make me feel like I have to storm their counters on release dates (unless I want to). There are a number of items I want from this collection, but at the same time, I'm not going to get tense about missing out. It's makeup. It should be fun.

Wow! Gem of Roses l/s is as gorg as I imagined! Golden Gaze and Hint of Sapphire e/s's are def on my list! They are STUNNING

Thank goodness I'll be going to the MAC store in Vegas for this one esp after the Surf Baby internet craziness. Luckally when In the Groove came out when I got to the counter there, there was still tons of Stereo Rose. So nothing should be sold out, I'm staying at Ceasars so I'll be there as soon as it opens hehe. hopefully It wont make me late to my wedding lol
