After the swatches, I can now skip all face products. The MSFs look WAY too glittery for my taste (even though I love my NARS New Order, go figure). But, I'm now thinking I need all four lipsticks. I hate frosts but Musky Amethyst looks pretty gorgeous to me. However, none of them are backup worthy IMO, which is good for me. I'll also be skipping the cremesheen glasses because gloss doesn't really excite me (plus I'm buying a few from the Bloggers collection).

As far as the MES are concerned, I think I'll walk away with the four I've wanted from the beginning: Golden Glaze, Smoked Ruby, Dark Indulgence, and Blue Sheen. I'm pretty sure I can skip the rest. And I'm not crazy about any of the brushes anymore, so I can skip those, too.

$136 isn't bad, assuming the MES are $19.50 like always. I would love to get it under $100 though.....

I could also see myself just skipping this collection entirely. There's nothing that I feel I absolutely have to have.

After those swatches I lost my interest in Gem of Roses again. Not pink enough for me, plus there are so many MAC l/s, permanent ones also, that I like better and have been on my list forever. So I'll probably skip it. The only two items I'll get for sure are the pink MSF and the coral blush. Still maybes are: the two other blushes, the pink Cremesheen, and between 1 and 5 MES.

I start to like Geo Pink a lot - but I've never gotten a Cremesheen Glass before - what is the general verdict on them?
Otherwise, I'll get Golden Glaze, I think, and nothing else. I don't quite like MAC's mineral stuff, and don't use all my MBs, MSFs and MES that often.

Although I could be swayed on the brushes - I'm very curious about the first user reports!

On second thought, Goldstone might replace the swindling amount of the golden Hibiscus on my SB My Paradise. I definitely don't want large golden glitter chunks.

I'm waiting for more swatches.

It must be MA and the darkest gloss? I also like few of the MES, I hope the pigmentation is superb (if it is, I need many..o'ou!). I'm also interested to see how the blushes are in person, the colours seem nice. I might pick one MSF too, although I don't use them so often.

yeah i really like the mes and from what i have seen on a few blogs they do seem to swatch quite well! i'm having a tough time limiting myself!

Thank you, RedVelvetX!!! Loving the swatches of everything. I was really only interested in the lipsticks and one or two eyeshadows. Now I'm thinking I may need a blush and beauty powder also. The brushes look quite nice also. Not good for my wallet, but does wonders for my addiction. I had hoped the Musky Amethyst lipstick would be a darker smokey purpley-purple color. I do like this reddish-purple color even though it's not what I had wanted. I'll probably still get it though. I let a bunch of other collections go to save up for this one. I deserve to treat myself, don't you think??

Do you think they are glittery and shimmery like the ones from Style Black, or do they have a satiny sheen like the ones from In The Groove? In some pictures they look glittery, and others it looks they have a shiny finish. I quite like both finishes so bring them on!

I appreciate the swatches RedvelvetX, but they had the opposite effect on me--now I want some of the lip products and another MSF! I was able to rule out the Presse Amber MB, it will definitely be too dark. But I think I *need" MSF x 2 (Semiprecious Pink & Quartz); MB x 2 (Feeling Flush & Warmth of Coral), Lipsticks in One of a Kind and Maybe Gem of Roses, (still not so happy about the lustre finish, hope it isn't too sheer), No Cremesheens--I love them but don't need more. If I did not already have Looks Like Sin I'd jump on it, it is a great MLBB color, even for pale old me. So, this collection is getting more expensive. Still not sure on the MES, have to see swatches, but the blue one actually looks gorgeous and the black and gold melange would be right up my alley. They will have to be really, really pigmented to tempt me.

I want all the mes as I have all the other ones as well, so now I want to collect them all, lol, I know, crazy. I also want all MSFs and maybe all 3 blushes (definitely the pink one for now). Lipsticks and a couple of Creemsheen glasses are maybes for now. So excited, love mineralize products!

sometimes i feel like such a hippocrate cos im a co-therapist at a clinic for addicts I know this make up thing is somewhat controllable and i dont go over my budget but i always have the desire for more more more and more! not too good :O thats why when i started with this i said 3 items/colex MAX... and well... looking at permanent stuff and older collections.... feel like ill never be satisfied. NOT GOOD


As of this collection I might get musky amethyst if I see other swatches and see its not like dark deed (the only dark lippie i have) and unsurpassable, hint of sapphire, golden gaze, rare find, blue sheen, dark indulgence, smoked ruby.... but jade's fortune and clarity look awesome. see???? huge list 10 items and a msf!!!!!! :O

I think I will check out the lipsticks and i hope musky amythest is good. I'm also kinda digging the 235 brush. I love the 227 and the 235 looks like it would work just like the 227, but better, but we'll see, cause I am not that caught up in the two sided brush theme here.

Ladies, looks like sin is a beautiful color on browner skin, especially if you want to a neutral lip look. I have 2, from the CCO and they are coveted. Since its back out again, I may haul one. I want this color to last in my stash forever!

I think the main differences are the two-sided bristles rather than the shape (except for the kabuki brush).

yes, I don't already have a 227 or 224 (but I would) so I was wondering if taking those LE ones is a better choice!
