Thanks for the link! The mineralized e/s are gorgeous to look at, even though I'm more interested in the lighter colors from the collection.
i'm not sure if i need smoked ruby anymore. i can't help but think i;d get a similar result if i layered accent red or herritage rouge pigment over a black base...

Good point. I think many of the shades are dupable.

I agree! I might skip it. I have prance, stila's kitten, and too faced silk teddy in their natural palette, how many pinky champagne colors does a girl need!

I'm excited for the brushes in this collection. The eyeshadows look nice but I dont really reach for my other ones that often so im thinking I might just pick up Smoked Ruby MES cuz that doesn't look like anything I have in my collection. Hint of Sapphire looks pretty BUT I don't need it *decisions* *decisions* !!! Also I'm liking two of the lipstick & two of the cremesheens . . .
My new list
at least 2 of the four brushes- 234 & 235 (maybe add the other two if I like the way they feel)
2 Lipsticks - (Lush Amber , Gem of Roses)
2 CremeSheen Lip glass - (Natural Flare , Geo Pink)
1 MES - Smoked Ruby (maybe add 1-2 more - Hint of Sapphire/ Quartz Fusion)
But I'm definitely going into the store to purchase, I will not be ordering online from this collection without seeing these items IRL !!!!

I have preordered all the brushes and if I'll have more money maybe I'll take one more item if I really like something (natural flare seems promising...or gem of roses!)

I sort of wish I hadn't looked at these swatches--thank you for that post BTW, my resolve to stick with the face products is crumbling. All of these look gorgeous, and I have actually been wanting a navy/blackened blue e/s and I am always searching for the perfect maroon/burgundy shadow AND the forest green one is gorgeous--I think prettier and more wearable than the green one from the Bloggers (JW). I wish I knew more about the finish of these MES--if they look metallic or super shiny or if they are a pain to work with then they are a skip for me. I hope they don't sell out before I get to see them IRL or get the word on swatches with regards to the finish. I can see these being super popular like the Peacocky shadows. More metallic finish will be a buzz kill for me (and salvation for my wallet). Do we know anything about the finish, and more importantly how metallic they are? From the on-line swatch they look sort of shiny--it is hard to tell from a picture on a monitor though!

Judging from what I've seen, the darker colours are the most dupe-able. Smoked Ruby is lovely, but I don't feel I need it when I have Armani's "Lust Red". The dark green one doesn't seem necessary when I have NARS Night Porter... (Note- if you don't have dupes, these look nice, but I'm just trying to avoid spending money I don't have to) I'm curious to see more swatches of the lighter and medium colours, which I hope will be more unique.

Yep. That is what is keeping me away from this one. It looks gorgeous but my NARS NP is a great dark green.
I do want to see swatches of the blushes, especially the coral one.

She wrote in the description that the shadows are not like the Style Black MES, but more like the normal MES, finely milled. She also considers them dupeable, as many people already have shades like them and the only reason to get them was that you can apply MES wet much easier. Although I have to admit they seem to swatch really nice, I am still only interested in the green one, as I skipped the MES with green from the VV collection.

i think im gg to be fine with skipping the eyeshadows.. whew.. tt will save quite a bit of money.
im also gg to take a better look at the cremesheen glasses and see if i hve any dupes in my collection..
im wondering if Pure Magnifence is similar to Turkish Delight (Nars).. hmm..
