It was hard for me to decide which MES I wanted. They are all so pretty but I finally decided on Hint of Sapphire. I'm hoping I love it!

They were selling testers? Oh no, this is terrible! Can you at least return WoC if you don't like it?I saw this collection today and let me say I'm very disappointed. They got so little stock that they were selling testers, so many of the items didn't have testers for them. I got the last Warmth of Coral (without testing it because there were no tester), so it better be good. I also got GG, SR and DI, they were the only decent ones from the MES. All the other MES were almost awful in my opinion, not appealing at very least. I don't know how Karla made them look so pretty, but when I swatched them they were gritty, patchy, uneven and many of the colours were dirty in a bad way. I kinda went straight back hating MES.
I wasn't interested in the MSF's so I only swatched one (I think it was the rose one) and it felt gritty and grainy too. Pressed Amber on the other hand was pretty in person, and it wasn't too dark on my pale skin. It reminded me of Darkly My Dear too much so I left it. But it could be nice alternative if someone missed DMD or Sur.
The glosses did nothing for me (this is a first!), nor the lipsticks.
So my final haul was Golden Gaze, Dark Indulgence, Smoked Ruby, Warmth Of Coral and Charged Water. In a whole, a collection this big, it was a huge miss. Don't feel bad if you don't get anything, I think there's not one must have product.
I'm glad you confirmed that PA looks like DMD, so eventually I can skip it.
Too bad that the MSFs were gritty. Do you think it was this particular batch?

I think she meant they were selling the products that would have been the testers. So there wasn't a tester open yet.

And the testers they were selling were the actual testers already opened, not samples.
I don't know if it were a bad batch with the MSF's, but I really didn't like the one I tested.

I hope nobody buys any lip-testers (IF they were selling those too, hopefully not), at least you can sanitize powder products easily.

Clarity without a lot of black veins will be different from Jade's Fortune, but you could get them to look similar. The choice would be between Clarity - a color that can look good as a brow highlight dry or lid color wet, but has glitter - and Jade's Fortune, which is a greyish yellow that will look good on people who normally can't wear yellow. I'd probably pick Clarity if I could only pick one, because the sparkly effect is beautiful.

Hmmm. I wonder why Jade's Fortune always looks grey if it is a good yellow. I think I need to find more swatches because I don't want a sheer glitter colour but I also don't want anything too grey. I don't see grey as special because there are so many out there.
