Mine is a rich peachy or slight orangey peach color. Mine does not have a lot of burgundy in it.

I finally got my Clarity back up!! I'm glad I did although it's rare for me to back up something since better and similar products always come out. I tried to find similar veining too.
This is my happy pair! On the left is the new one.
I paired it with Valiant from thw WW quad and got a couple of compliments, even the mua at MAC asked me what I was wearing.

well i have to order online so can't really see what i am getting! kinda annoying when it comes to mineral stuff!

I would not worry too much. I think FG is one of the more fool-proof MES. The burgundy veining is nice, but it will not change your color completely. I tried it today w/o the burgundy veining but combined it with Follow Your Fancy piggie, which is a great combination for blue eyes. FYF brings out the orange-bronze-gold in FG and makes it really pop, but in a very natural way.

have you guys ever felt like your makeup obsession (or addiction, however you view it) is spiraling out of control ?!?!
i planned to go after 1 lipglass and 1 lipstick, and ended up with 3 lipsticks, 3 lipglasses, 6 shadows, 3 MSFs, 1 blush and 1 brush...
i've seen some people here with restraint and self control, and my question to you is, "how do you mentally and physically step away from buying so much and truly tell yourself enough is enough?"
i've just been laughing at myself like wow i'm crazy and then i got serious and i was like wait, this is not okay!

I finally got Faux Gold! The counters in my mall were sold out, but I was able to find it at the Macy's in Herald Square. The Times Square location was sold out of it. Macy's only had 3 left so I told her girl to pick me one with thick burgundy veining and she picked a nice one. To me Faux Gold reminds me of rose gold.
I really want to be done with collection but now Jade's Fortune is looking nice. I already have Unsurpassable so I'm trying to hold out for the fall collections.

Ashley, enjoy your goodies, it sounds like you had blast!
I think as long as you use the make up that you buy - just swiping doesn't count - it is o.k. to add to your stash. I avoid dupes or very generic shades (e.g. Warmth of Coral). There are also collection where I buy little or no items, so it's fine to go a bit over board from time to time. And rather than restraining myself to a complete no-buy, I motivate myself to finish a certain product before I buy a new one (e.g. I won't buy the beauty balm or the new primer until I finish the tinted moisturizer). Finally, I only BU if I really know I will use the product.

I'm a new addicted/obsessed to MAC but I try to not buy shades I already have... I still spend too much on makeup^^ ... about 100/150 euro a month and I'm gonna spend more in september/october... of course I can't buy nothing else and I have holes in my socks muahahahah

Oh Dalliance is a great color! I can see how you could use it a lot. That's one that I bought. Prance is my other fave.

Thank you! I got it when I went to IMATS this past June. They are pretty inexpensive for their size. I know that you can call MUFE and have them send it to you or go to one of their boutiques.
