thanx guys. I have to confess though hahahah when I went out that evening, I could get a slight "robocop" effect on cheeks...maybe a lil too intense lol, cos im used to matte products but although beautiful, use with care!




PS: dont "rescue" the fallout when u get products with ur brush. Thats my take home message of the day hahah

lol! robocop effect! call me crazy but that is one of my reasons for liking petticoat msf so much - it gives a slight metallic finish that i think looks cool!

From this collection, I almost wanted to backup Gem Of Roses l/s but glad I didn't since I haven't used it in awhile. I'm now thinking if I should get Goldstone MSF or Crystal Pink MSF or Pearl MSF off of Bloomies' website.

Okay guys, I suck. I caved and got Faux Gold. I thought the one I saw at my counter was somehow a bad one, because it looks so beautiful in pictures. Well, it's still not as good in person for me. It feels gritty and the pigmentation is not there with DI, GG or SR. In terms of colour this is better than on the one I swatched at the counter (that one swatched very dirty in a bad way). So a nice colour to have, but not overly unique. I could have lived well without this one. I'm not too mad at myself getting caught in the hype because usually can stick to what I originally want.

But let me tell you about some other true beauties I found: Bourjois Tabac Blonde and Vert De Gris eyeshadows. Oh my goodness they're perfect, absolutely divine smokey eyes guaranteed!

Ok so i wore rose quartz today....

I used it all mixed as a glowy blush with the 168 and then with my ring finger i put some of the nipples as a highlight on upper cheekbone. I HAD to out some gold go lightly to contour cos this gaveme a wide chubby cheek look.

I'm wearing Hocus pocus and saffron on eyes and gem or roses on lips.

i wore gem of roses with geo pink while in vegas this past weekend. i thought it would be too pinky for me, but it turned out nice and i think it was how my lips should be if they weren't pigmented.

Because I got 4 of the shadows I had on order today, I played with jades fortune tonite and love the colour, put it on wet first and then a dry coat across and total glitter buzz but still a subtle hint of colour / dark tones to wear for work or throwing my face on if I'm running late. Hint of sapphire is almost jumping out of my case at me so that's tomorrow's choice :eyelove:

I did by a backup of the 128. I absolutely love this brush. It is the perfect face brush for so many reasons. It is great with both powder and cream products, I especially love using the synthetic side with NARS multiples. IMHO, the brushes are the underrated stars of this collection.
