Thanks for the swatches, Shontay! I also went to the pro store today and didn't expect to like the collection so much.

First up, I was never really a fan of paint pots but the new texture is awesome. It doesn't crease on my oily eyelids. I got the last Hyperviolet which was extremely popular at this store. I also picked up GTreasure and Nubile.

Since I am a sucker for Mattene lipsticks, I bought Eden Rouge, Naked Bliss (my favorite), Delectable, Deliciously forbidden, Unknown Pleasures ( reminded me of Rapturous). The texture is creamier.

It just surprised me that the store only got one box of the collection. They really didn't get much in stock. I wonder if it's a MAC strategy to sell out fast in order to keep up the limited edition hype.

Yeah, it's ok, lol. I am sure I will get it next week. I will also talk to my fave mac artist tomorrow and ask her if she can hold it for me just in case since she told me she would do that for me if I ask her so we shall see if she does. I LOVE paint pots and I gotta have 'em all, lol and when I swatched the testers I fell in love with all of them, you can get them to be SO opaque with minimal effort, I'm so excited about these. I will try a look tomorrow for Pure Creation me thinks!

Genuine Treasure looks very pretty. Nubile maybe a good one to try because I am not a big fan of Painterly (too stiff). I don't care about the color of Painterly because I use it as a base and no one sees it.  I would use Nubile on the inner 3rd of the lid in a heartbeat though.
 
 great to hear they are creamy!   I  can't wait to check out Imaginary and Half Wild.  From Temptalia's photos, Imaginary looks a bit like Contrast.  I will be so excited if it does!   Thanks for the review Shontay.

picked up my goodies today! i got all of the paint pots and 4 mattenes ( naked bliss, rare exotic, fresh amout and delectable)

PAINT POTS: let me just say these colors are all GORGEOUS. SERIOUSLY there is a paint pot for everyone! very pigmented colors! my fave is prob imaginary because i love contrast e/s i must try both!

naked bliss mattene: PERFECT nude lipstick. if you love nudes you should check this out ( need to buy a backup of this)
rare exotic: WOWZA! this is bright but so beatiful kinda reminds me of nars schiap!
delectable: i am a sucker for these orange peachy shades. it is like sheer mandarin in mattene form
fresh amour: HALLELUIA! FINALLY A LAVENDER LIPPIE! this is very intense but can be sheered out ( need a backup)

I fot my FIRST invitation to an event today! I'm so freaking excited, its for all 3 of the fall collections. It's on the 20th and this collection comes out the 15h, does events always happen after collections come out?

Thanks for that, i have nubile on order and i own painterly... i find painterly a tad difficult to work with at times with certain colours or if im in a hurry

Now my own patient wait begins for my paint pots to arrive and then be posted to me (Nubile, Half Wild, Pure Creation and Treasure Hunt) which im guessing will arrive to me here in Australia in 2 weeks and my next order already holds naked bliss which will get posted to me after the fall colur release. ARGH! hate getting it all so far after you all to share excitement.... but still stoked i always get it in the end

Okay. I am now seriously tempted. I really want Genuine Treasure and maybe either Rare Exotic or Deliciously forbidden. But then i want to get 2 Lightscapades.... What to doooo?
Should I skip the Lightscapade back up and get both the pp and mattene or skip the mattene

^^If you use Lightscapade mainly as a highlighter it will last a very long time. So I might would skip the back up of it., but that's just me.

So, even though I should be studying for an exam tomorrow(pray for me), I decided to play with Genuine Treasure since it's my new boyfriend. Glad to say, I love it still. My main concern, the glitter, isn't a factor. It sparkles on the lid, but it doesn't migrate. It's a soft color that you can build on your eye. Just enough drama, but it can be worn during the day(If that kinda thing concerns you. I, personally wear what I want when I want). I imagine it would be more intense on those lighter and perhaps darker than I am. The only downside is that I did have glitter on my face after I removed it. The Mac wipe took care of that, though. So, I'm rocking this baby out tomorrow with a bit of Urban Decay's Zero eyeshadow in the crease.

genuine treasure is now back on my list! i want pretty sparkles!

So I was sold and got Unknown Pleasures and Rare Exotic. He cracked me up because when he took them out he was like this is awesome because you are rare and exotic and they will cause you to experience unknown pleasures, LOL. I don't know what it is with me and these pink shades,, I'm going crazy with them and I've always loved reds and have too many, but I love the deeper ones...it's the goth in me...

Oh, if anyone wants me to compare any of the paint pots to any LE or discontinued ones, let me know because I have all of the ones that came out previously, seriously, ALL of them, except for Hyperviolet since it was sold out.

Would you be able to do a swatch comparison of artifact and idyllic? What is your favourite pp from this collection?

in italy you can already book for Posh Paradise it will arrive in october, but I still don't know what to order that nail polish is interesting, but not for me...also because I'm going to partecipate a big nails event and I'm gonna splurge everything I have on OPI polishes....I also hope to find Orly Space cadet and the new China glaze Skyscraper ...
