Yep I got both MUFE #20 and Fafi's Cashflow...except I have no problems with Cashflow, the colour is gorgeous and the texture is amazing...prob my fave LE product ever

How close is Potent Fig to Prince Noir or NARS Train Bleu? If it is really similar I might scratch that one and get a different color.

Legendary Mattene looks a lot like Chili from the permanent line. Does anyone who has both have anything to say about that matter?

I cant compare Potent Fig to Prince Noir or NARS Train Bleu but in my opinion its most similar to MAC Cyber. If you have one you can skip the other. Potent Fig is slightly more purple than Cyber. HTH

Treasure Hunt is more of a white-gold (pearl finish) rather than yellow. It just looks yellow in the promo pics, but as we have seen swatches, we know it's more of a lighter gold.

oh yes but certainly more yellow than what cash flow was. i love that sucker but it is a very pale gold colour

So I called MAC Pro again, just for kicks. If you recall, when I called them earlier in the week the person on the phone said the collection hits their store on the 30th...uhm ya, they were trying to just promote the event they were having for the line that day me thinks.

Anyway I called again yesterday because I knew that wasn't right and this time someone else answered the phone. Interestingly this person said that company policy tells them not to reveal dates of release on the phone anymore...all she could tell me was that it was not in store as of yesterday and that their event for this collection is on the 30th...She said this policy was in place because sometimes collections are released early/late.

Has anyone else been told this??

Until I saw Nubile and Imaginary, the answer would have been no. Then my first order came last night and now I want at least those two. I saw this coming and saved up, thank God. By the way, I'm congratulating myself for passing up Pure Creation and the lilac mattene because I knew that I'd want doubles. If this is crazy, please don't let me know - I'm happy in my state of denial! Thanks to those who swatched Potent Fig; I bought it because of that. I really appreciated it and I'll try to reciprocate as soon as I can!

Ha! If you call a third time, you probably get a third - yet different - answer again. Lol. Can you just go to your store and check it out?

Where are you? When I called my Pro Store on Tuesday they confirmed the collection would be in store on Thursday. It could be because my store isn't having an event.

So. Cal...the store isn't in my back yard...round trip will be like an hour total drive (if not more) and with our gas prices and traffic thats not something I do regularly anymore...I like to plan my trips out that way. Would be nice to know when it was going to be in store there

Even if the event is on the 30th isn't the collections supposed to be in store and on counters by the 15th? Maybe it would be better if you could make it to one of those instead. Waiting a week is better than waiting 3. Hope you get your goodies.

Ok, I put up some comparison swatches in my blog as well as swatches of all of the paint pots with the exception of Hyperviolet. I don't want to link directly to it but there is a link to my log in my signature. They are the newest posts so they are at the top. I'm sorry, I just didn't have time to post to photobucket to post here because I have to get ready to run out the door. I hope they help!

No and I wouldn't have believed them, either. It sounds off somehow. I'm unclear if you called the MAC Pro line or the MAC Pro store near you. I try never to speak with anyone at MAC corporate as I have ended up speaking with some snarky people.

I completely feel you on getting product early. There is a store and 4 counters that are closer to me than the Pro store. Yet I find myself there the morning of releases just to make sure I get what I want.

Thats what I thought but they do say on the phone that they don't have it. The reason I believe it, is that the counter near here don't have the products to view for presale orders yet either, their shipment was late (my counter ma is super sweet and sometimes calls me when the new cllx are in store)

I have Bamboom (which I rarely use) and that is more light brown while Treasure Hunt looks very light yellow.
