That lippie looks stunning on you!!! Very Very vampish! I'd double dog daring you to go outside in it! Now you have to do it. So that everyone else can see how great it looks!

Now that I've see the swatches, everything just looks "aiight". I think the blogger's collection was better, so I backed up some shadows (HP and PS) instead of buying from this collection.

wow, they would hate me in your midwestern village. I wear what I want whenever I want, and I D.G.A.F. what anybody has to say about it. Haters gonna hate

That looks great, I love the eye combo you did with the dark lips. You should really wear this outside :)

beautiful!!!!!!!!
Did you use a lip pencil with prince noir?

I have issues applying Runaway red without a pencil... which one do you suggest for Runaway red?

Ooooh gorgeous look!

I used to be severely self conscious (um, ok I still am) but I am trying my hardest to get passed that.
One way that I am doing that is doing some crazy eyeshadow looks and wearing bright lipsticks- something I never used to do!
So yeah, I agree with UrbanSweetheart... screw 'em! I am also from the midwest, but not in a village or town, or anything small- you see everything here.
Of course there are still jerks that think you care about their opinion and sound off to strangers, but just consider it the village idiot talking. Ignore them.

I am super tired. Hope that made sense. And this dancing guy is cute!

Look how different the old 211 is to the new one (new top, old bottom)! Sorry the lighting is bad. The old one is so huge compared to this one released with MMO.

i think cherry (red one with bluish tones that would bring out the blue in runway red) unless u wanna neutralize those then use redd.

thank you guys for the compliments. I never know how to balance both dramatic eyes and dramatic lips. this was the first successful attempt apparently. Other times ive tried i look like a retired drag queen. I never dare either....

I'll wear this in spain when i go back on the 20th :)

I don't own the previous 211, but the new one is nice! I can't imagine having a bigger brush though, the smaller one can draw pretty thick lines. I really prefer those tiny bendy liner brushes because it's easier for me to add on to a line than to say "cr@p I have queen of egypt eyes!" My first mac fluidline was avenue and I think I'm hooked :)

I was thinking, the 226s that are not as nice as past collections they resemble the 224 right? Well the 224 is $5 more than the 226.. so I suppose if you couldn't get both brushes (old 226, current 224) the new 226 would be a happy medium of both? Maybe? I dunno. The 226 that I was able to get is a lot more tapered than some of the ones I saw in here earlier. I'm also new to mac brushes so take everything I say with a grain of salt.. and sugar :)

I wore Runway Red with 80% Cremestick Liner the other day at work and it was really gorgeous-it made it more of a vampy blood-red on me (NC15). I lined my lips as usual, filled in the outer corners and left the center of my lips bare before putting on Runway Red and it looked awesome. I'd highly recommend trying a dark brown liner with it!
