Too bad the meteorites didn't work for you. I better check the ingredients before I order . . . I do wish I would have splurged on the Blush G -- it looked so stunning. You are lucky to have snagged one!!

Bis -- I will have to check out the swatches of the Guerlain palettes again. I have tons of neutrals -- but the finish looks so nice on those. Maybe I'll just have to pick one

I don't really like it when companies heavily fragrance their products. Is the violet scent very pronounced with the meteorites? I don't mind the Chanel rose scent at all. But I haven't smelled the Guerlain yet . . . I saw on Dr. Oz (okay, for what that is worth) that scented face products break down collagen. Hmmm, I hope not or I'm in trouble LOL

I have no idea who Dr Oz is, but the scent is the classic Guerlain scent. For my Meteorites I just left the powder open for a few days and the smell is nearly gone. My bronzer was more stubborn. Although you have to live with the scent in your house for the time Thanks a lot for the pics Elegant, great as usual. The highlight powder seems to have a pink cast to it, do you think it is close to Play it Proper?

Great swatches, Elegant! For anyone curious about dupes, I found Exquise are almost identical to Enivree, color and texture wise. Libertine would be close second.

Left - Enivree, Right - Magnolia

Enivree is warmer & peachier with lots of good gold shimmy. Magnolia is more rose pink

bis - Even though there is a pink cast, its different in color, shimmer & texture than PP. I love PP, but this highlighter is different, very finely milled & is more beautiful than any highlighter I own

I just put Famous on & on me it is different than RB. Famous is softer, more wearable slight pink red with gorgeous subtle gold shimmer. RB is darker, more pink. more in your face. Famous is lovely & very wearable.

So then I put Triomphal over Famous

my lips look just like the promo! Sososo beautiful & yet I think still wearable. The gold shimmer in Triomphal is stunning!!!! I could not quit looking at my lips

and it was weird, I did not use a liner & yet my lips looked perfectly lined.

Everything is really fabulous - honest.

Ok, I edited it - it was not 'goo' shimmer, it was good shimmer

I was surprise how well the color showed up on my lips after what some said. I think its lovely & works with the other colors.

Well, I would say that if one can afford the highlighter, then get it. If not its ok too.

left - Mac Play it Proper, middle - Mac Crystal Pink, right - Chanel Highlighter




Play it Proper comes out more fleshy/muted but a slight soft pearl. The Chanel highlighter is more impacting as a highlighter

I'm mostly irritated about Famous, and wish it came off more red like Rouge Carat....ah well. I guess on the flipside I can pull off the brighter/deeper colors most shy away from.

Ahh, thanks! What is the natural color of your lips? Mine are (I hate them) purpley mauvey Famous does look more like RC on my lips.I really did not think that Enivree was going to show.
Thats awesome that you can do deeper/brighter lips cause not everyone can

BTW - the highlighter pics stink because I can never remember to swatch on my left hand instead of my right so I can push the button on the camera with a steady right hand
