LOL PixieDancer!!!!!

I'm with ALL the ladies that can't get enough MES! Unless these end up looking horrible, I will HAVE to get them all. My Semi Precious & G&I MES's are begging to extend their family! Who am I to say no!?

What got me into this collection initially was the names of the MES shades. The instant I heard them they made me flash to images of that type of sky - like Daylight - it made me think of that awesome color the sky turns right after sunrise - light blue with pink, faded orange, white.... I'm really hoping the marbling in the MES end up looking like I'm picturing them in my brain. Did anyone else think like that when they first heard about the collection?

The more I read the descriptions the more I start to wonder what the promo pics will look like. I'm excited to see what they will look like just wondering when we'll see them.

I have a feeling it will be underwhelming in promo, sort of like the MAC Me Over Collection. But be a big success! I absolutely loved MAC Me Over but didn't fully appreciate it from promo & swatches. I had to really give it a chance because it wasn't as in your face as most collections.

I think so too. It's gonna be a "im wearing make up but you are never gonna know" kinda collex.

Exactly! I think I started out with 1 eyeshadow (Mythical) and ended up with almost the entire collection slowly over time. I still reach for those items A LOT! I think this collection will be just like that. Except for the fact that they're MES... that sparks my interest quite substantially.

I kinda like those "my face but better" products. After crazy Fall Colour colors & sparkly G&I, I think we're all ready for some nice, quality, staple products.

I had sort of the same experience. I ended up doing a few small purchases, because I kept finding things that I wanted to go back for. And I also find myself reaching for these products often. Creamy Bisque in particular has become my go-to for highlighting.

It is a great color for highlighting as it is neither too frosty nor too warm. The texture just melts into my skin.

I'm sure we'll see a return of it at some point in the future, though I hope they don't put it in a quad with two other repromotes.

I missed out on Creamy Bisque! I thought there was no way I needed ANOTHER highlight shade... by the time I realized it was the sleeper hit of the group, it was gone! I hope they bring it back, but then you always run the risk of it not being the same... Like Surf Baby's Saffron.

I bet they would look great together with the Dior lippy....

Too natural for me, but maybe one of the lighter MES is a nice highlight shade or a make-me-look-awake-although-I-never-slept shade. I definitely need one of those.
