You guys with the pale lips should get Candeur - it looks so pretty on. I would love it if worked on my lips.

My Chanel SA called me this morning letting me know the Spring 2012 stuff was in, so of course I swung by to look.
Thoughts:
My SA made an "Eclosion Dupe" look using Tiger Lily, Trace, Slate, Safari and Lotus eyeshadows and the result was GORGEOUS. I'd say if you have most of those shadows (and/or something similar) you don't need Eclosion.
Thoughts:
- FAIL: The Eclosion quad and Blush were utter FAIL on me--ashy and frosty, except for the darkest color in the Eclosion quad. Flirt RCS didn't show up at all and Superstition RC is MUCH lighter IRL and looked like I made out with a powdered doughnut. I wouldn't recommend any of those items if above maybe an NC42.
- WIN: Tiger Lily is CRAZY beautiful and should be picked up IMMEDIATELY since it's LE. Pictures don't do it justice. Grenat was a pleasant surprise, and is tenacious as all get out, but it's perm so you don't have to be in a rush to get it. It also pulls more purple than I'd like on me for some reason so I'm going to wait on it, maybe look for MAC's Dark Diversion fluidline (of which Grenat is VERY similar to).

I'm getting Candeur and Flirt, and Grenat and Bagatelle are on their way (I ordered them ahead of time). I think I'm going to skip the quad - but am definitely getting Tiger Lily and the blush after all. I'll also get Charme and Superstition, and I'm definitely getting Jasmin - if I don't like it I'll take it back.
For a collection that really didn't wow me, I've gotten sucked in.

No, it surprisingly does not turn yellow on me, and I have a yellow cast to my skin. It just made the harmony blush smooth with a little sheen to it.

Maybelline Full N' Soft Mascara (mine, I had this on when I went to Nordies)
Base: MAC Paint Pot - Groundwork
Lid: Tiger Lily
Crease & Outer V: Trace
Outer V: Slate
Browbone: Lotus
Liner: Grenat
Pics really doesn't do this look justice, it's much more sparkly but it's not glittery, if that makes any sense. If you click on the pics you can see the shimmer more closely. Grenat looks more purple inside but in natural light more of the red tones come out. Gorgeous. Lotus was too bright of a browbone highlighter than I normally use but I think my SA packed it on a little heavy. Now to save up for Trace, Slate, and Grenat. >_>
