Her pics are very pretty! I already have Spices & am sticking with my decision to skip Eclosion, at least for now. And I think Tigerlily will work better on me than the peach in either quad. Since they're both perm maybe you can see them side by side in person at some point?

^^ Hopefully I get to an actual Chanel counter so I can do some swatching. At least I am having fun with the Nordies order I got yesterday -- loving Prelude quad (not sure why I didn't get it when it came out in Fall) and Sundress glossimer. I got all fancied up to go into the Kindergarten classroom later today!

But I keep dreaming of the Horizons and Brompton blush

Elegant--did you get the Inimitable Intense mascara sample too? It used to be my fave mascara, but it started clumping/flaking on me after just ONE month. Did some poking around online and apparently it's a known issue with Chanel, and they're working to fix the formula. Bah.

Katred--Eclosion would be GORGEOUS on you! If you don't have a Chanel quad at all yet I would say go for it. My review was based more on the terrible swatching on darker skin, but on lighter tones it's SO pretty. Tiger Lily is a MUST though for anyone.

Yep. You mean it gets dry/clumpy in the tube? I am wondering if this is the revised version of the mascara because I just looked & the older sample I have is packaged differently than the new sample. My lashes still look good & I was running around in the rain doing errands & it hasn't budged. It really makes my lashes look long, full & separated. I'm curious as to how they will look by the end of the day.

^It wasn't so much a problem with the mascara clumping/flaking right away but more that the formula dried out in the tube WAY too quickly. I don't wear mascara daily (and since being unemployed the last few months, only when going out of the house for a long period of time) so my mascara should NOT have dried up and started clumping after 3 weeks. That's when I looked around online to see if I just had a bad tube or if others had the same issue, and I saw a few posts on MUA talking about the formula issue. I certainly hope Chanel's fixed it by now.

I fell in love with it the minute I put it on. I actually love it more than Hyde Park. It has this beautiful subtle shimmer in it making the color such a pretty soft pink coral on the lips. Its the perfect ls with the blush.

Oh no. Michelle and Miss QQ I hope you both feel better soon too. Michelle, my order is supposed to come on Thursday which is a day longer than normal and I have another order from Nordies that won't get here until Monday. I think it's UPS and not Chanel that's the problem. I think Monday was supposed to be the biggest shipping day of the year so they must be overwhelmed right now.

Just put Paradis back on after dinner & I have to say that I think this may be my fave lip color from the collection. I really really love Belgravia on, but Paradis just may be a tad above that. Its just a very very pretty color on the lips.

I got my stuff, but will wait til tomorrow to review it - Charme is a gorgeous mid-tone pink. I did get the quad, the blush, Tiger Lily and Jasmin. For lips, Candeur, Charme, Paradis and Flirt. I ordered Bagatelle but not sure I'll keep it. The glossimers were a skip for me. And Rose de Mai was totally blah IMO. Perhaps it just did not swatch well......

If this mascara stays nice in the tube it will become my favorite! It stayed beautifully all day. I'm curious to see what others think of it.

Paradis is such a pretty color on. I love how every day wearable of a soft pink coral that it is.I don't think that I have another ls color quite like it.

elegant - Thanks for the beautiful pics! How different is Paradis from Enivree? Funny that they name a RC Paradis now, isn't Vanessa Paradis the model when the RC launched.

Michelle - I just bought Spices and wore it twice now. I think Spices is softer and more yellow/warm than Eclosion, but then I haven't seen Eclosion in real. The darkest shade in Spices is not quite dark enough for me, and I like how the plum looks in Eclosion. I think you can decide when you see them in person, since they are perm. I'm on the fence for Eclosion, and glad that it is perm.

Honestly Miss QQ I haven't used Spices in awhile and don't even remember what I did with it when I did! But I agree with what you're saying about it being warmer vs Eclosion...from the pics of Eclosion anyway. I don't think the peach in Eclosion will work very well on me and I'm wondering if the dark shade may make me look tired like the dark shade in Kaska Beige.
