Ladies, please help me
I leave in eastern Europe, we don't have MAC store in my country. Can anybody tell me if MAC brushes has on the handle button inscriptions like: Japan, New York, France????

Yes, depending where the brush was produced. I would still be careful when you buy from ebay. Ask the seller where s/he bought the brushes and ask to see a receipt. There are also a few LE brushes that were made in China (169, 179, 128, to name a few). A few brushes have also been made in the US, which should have an imprint on the plastic sleeve rather than on the handle.

My 286 duo fibre eye is made from China. But i think it was suppose to be LE that became permanent.

I have bought fake mac brushes on ebay twice. Never again! :-(

I've seen so many sets/kits that are clearly fakes, but you can't ALWAYS tell until it's too late. People can stoop so low to make a buck, it's crazy. Does anyone know of a reputable ebay store that sells real MAC brushes?
