Just to make everyone giggle a bit - our dear Winthrop (who knows my mu collection more than myself) reminded me that I had already purchased Orchid Rose blush awhile back. I couldn't find it anywhere....until just a bit ago.

Oh, & we went to the Chanel boutique & I fell in love with this black patten skinny belt with black metal logo so I tried to guess how much it was. I guessed $550 - it was $575

The flower pins are $175 for the small & $250 for the large - yep, I need 2 of them

Its such a very pretty unique color imho! Its not so much that its sheer, but softer in tone/color depth but still enough color. Its my favorite color next to Belgravia

Is Bagatelle pigmented or sheer? Are there shimmers? Any of you got the chanel gifts for this year, eg the calendars you got last year? I haven't receive any mailer to ask me to head to the counters to collect them. I don't think I'm getting any because it is almost the end of the month already. Usually I got them in late November or early December. My throat and headache got very bad and my nose was all congested on Saturday and Sunday, so hopefully I have already been through the worst and I will start getting better. I only have a few days to get better before Christmas!

Awww, I hope you feel better soon Miss QQ. I looked back and elegant posted that she got the calendars on 1/3/11. I think I got mine the same day or the day before, so I don't know if they'll be doing anything this year but if they are going to they're not late here just yet.

I got Tiger Lily yesterday.

I could not resist. It is actually very pretty and soft applied as a wash. This is my first ever Chanel single. I was shocked how small is it, I do not buy sigle shadows as principle (to be broken) and only own Burberry singles and they are similarly priced but you get your money's worth in regards to volume of product. Chanels' single feels like half of the Burberry one.

So now my Chanel Spring haul is- Eclosion, blush, June, Tiger Lily

still on the list- Grenat, April, maybe I would have to skip Guerlain's Les Roses quad if I haul so much Chanel

I still want to get Cruel Gardenia and possibly one of the Dior Quints- Garden pastels if they are not too frosty.

aaah, and I forgot Burberry's spring releases.

Oh how I wish I got the belt & the pins, but sadly no. They only had the one belt & it wasn't my size which was probably a good thing.

Bagatelle is medium pigmented, not too sheer but not super pigmented either & yes, it has shimmer. Its a very pretty pink & I love it over Rose Corail liner. No, I didn't get any presents from Chanel

yet. I was a really bad girl this year, so I should be on their list

Speaking of Burberry, I got my DIL that big fluffy Burberry kabuki brush & the Burberry Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base which gets 5 star reviews I would like to try this base out myself.

Hope you get to try it for yourself. On the liquid eyeshadow for Chanel, they really make the powder eyeshadows pop when you layer it over. I have 3 but I stopped using them for a while as they made my eyelids crepey. I think it may not be entirely the fault of the liquid, it could be I put too thick a layer of primer, then the liquid, then the powder shadow. And also my liquid has thicken considerably.

No Chanel box with June in it. Only Sephora box with Anastasia eyebrow pencil. Maybe later today. I asked our mailroom guys to pay special attention to Chanel packages and bring it up immediately.

Tigerlily over Source just takes the color to a whole different level. Well, the pink shadow too. Do you have Source? I know, it probably was a good thing the belt was the wrong size even though Santa was standing next to me & would gladly put it in his bag

My first order will come on Wednesday and they have shipped Flirt and June, now, too. But no delivery date yet, so I am hoping by Friday. Will UPS be delivering on Saturday as it is Christmas Eve? I hope so! I also expect my Estee Lauder order to arrive on Wednesday. I quick fun grab of Sensual Nude perfume and the Michael Kors cosmetic bag (love the gleam) with the palette, lipstick, mascara, etc. After I oogled it in Macy's he said to order one! I can't wait for everyone's orders to come in and see more swatches. Mine can't come soon enough. I peeked at the first photos of the summer collection. Lots of hot oranges there so I will have to see if I could actually pull any of them off. I will need to swatch that collection before buying. For now I will be content with spring products when winter hasn't even started!

Oh, I forgot about the nude lipstick in this collection. Its a warm nude which I cannot wear, but very pretty.
