So, the gold n/p and the bronzer from the first pic and that last pic are from the summer collection, and the glossimers and those other n/p shades are different collection? I'm confused. Please let those nail polishes be available here

Thanks, Rinstar! I want the glossy platinum top coat too! I think from the pics Chanel is releasing a set of new glossimers, since they have discontinued some of the older permanent shades. The bronzer looks interesting, kind of yellow in the pic. Wow, can't believe Jac is still modeling for the summer collection. Love her! She must be the longest model Chanel is using.

like the pale pink polish

but I dont get why they are releasing 2 gold polishes in same season- this one and the Divali.

From what I remember of the Summer 2012 pamphlet (unfortunately couldn't snap pics), the bronzer isn't so much yellow but golden. There's another bronzer that replaces the gold with rose shades, so one's like a bronzer/blush and the other is a bronzer/highlighter. I'm personally going for the golden one. :3

The gold polish in this collection is more like a burnished gold/bronze color rather than the white-gold of Diwali. If pressed to pick one I'd pick Diwali, since it's more unique than the other color (Delight, I think?). There's supposed to also be a dark bronze glossimer too. In fact there's more glossimers/nps shown in the pics Rinstar posted than what I saw in the pamphlet at my Nordies...maybe there's been more updated information?

Hmmm, I thought it interesting that in the last pic, the eye makeup is a little heavier than usual for Chanel. Love all the Coral & Red. Not thrilled about the bronzer

I love the look in the last pic, but the Chanel glossimers never look that pigmented on me, too bad.

I don't think they're being released separately--I don't remember glossimers being released with the May mini collection with the Jeans polishes, but I might be wrong.

Speaking of polishes, I can read that the read is Tentation and the bright orange is Distraction...I might have to buy the orange for the LOL factor and because that's what Chanel is, a distraction...an expensive, beautiful distraction.

bis - There are a few glossimers that are pigmented, such as Venus, Courtisane, Pink Teaser. So far Courtisane is the most pigmented, but yeah, the rest of the glossimers are usually sheer and shimmery.

Thanks, I need to look up Courtisane. I have and like Pink Teaser, but it's barely a hint of pink on my lips.

Of the polishes, I have to side with those who say they prefer the look of Diwali. It seems more original and, more importantly, it seems like it would go better with my skin tone. The glossimers look like they could be interesting, if they're not too sheer. I only have a couple (Myriade and Meteore), since I find a lot of them don't look like much of anything on me. I am curious about the top coat. Everything else is probably a skip for me.

The colors are:

Sable Beige

- combination of golden brown & rose/plum stripes with one beige stripe and one light yellow stripe

There is also a multipurpose iridescent powder for eyes and cheeks coming out (similar in purpose to Ombres Tissees perhaps?) It's in a square compact, has some star designs embossed on it as well as the word CHANEL at the bottom. It has gold/copper/bronze/white vertical stripes. It looks like it would be a shimmery warm golden color when mixed together. It looks like a Holiday product to me, but isn't it too early for Holiday 2012? It might be part of a special or exclusive collection, together with Diwali, I'm guessing.

I don't remember seeing the star compact you spoke off in the Summer 2012 pamphlet, so maybe indeed that's for Holiday 2012 or Bombay Express. Either way, first day purchase for sure, as one of my obsessions is stars.
