Good to know Horizon has more product than a JC. $100 is in Singapore $. I haven't put on Flirt yet. Saving it for later this week to cheer myself up. I have an old Aqualumiere lipstick and the casing cracked after I forced it upright into my container of Chanel lipsticks which are now full. lol. I must stop buying lipsticks.

I've been trying to avoid Chanel counters like the plague but it seems they've done it again! Gonna pick up the base and a loose powder along the way I think! You're saving Flirt for a good day? I love the colour - I wore it the other day out and received compliments because it was this beautiful coral.

P.S your flower arrangement looks amazing and the whole experience sounded sooooooo luxurious! It helps the goodies are nice too!

I was very tempted by June too but I had the same problem with it when I tried it on. A couple of coats and I still couldn't quite get the colour to come out right - which is strange because I didn't have that problem with other Chanel polishes either. Ended up opting out

Off-topic a little - am hating the blush brush that came with the blusher. Does anyone recommend a particular good blush brush for a beginner like me?

Have you tried a "skunk brush"? That is my fave type of blush brush -- works great with the Horizon blush.

I just did a google search on that.. it looks interesting I don't suppose that means i should get a MAC brush then? It's a bit of a tossup between that skunk brush or the normal blusher brush...

I purchased it, and it works well as an overall lid color. It is rather boring by itself though, so other colors are needed to make an interesting look.

Did anyone get rose de Mai e/s, if so what's the verdict?

I only got a wire camellia bookmark in the mail. My books are on a Kindle though, so I will need to figure out what to do with it. It came with a little book/pamphlet on the flower.

I am jealous of the snowglobe!!!

I hope you ladies get it too. Or something even better, like the beautiful calendar. Maybe Chanel is just very slow this year with the gifts..

Sometimes it's best to say that you just decided that you changed your mind after seeing swatches on the net or you received the items as a gift. If my SA doesn't have the item in yet they will tell me to try a different store. For instance, I went to Neiman's looking for something which they didn't have and the Chanel SA actually called Bloomingdale's for me to see if it was in stock there because both stores were in the same mall. Sure enough, Bloomingdale's had it.

^This is what I do. The ladies at my counter know I prefer to buy from them, and do so often. But if I get a GC somewhere else, or if Chanel.com's having a free shipping deal, my money's going elsewhere. They don't need to know if I'm cheating on them.

On another note, finally got Grenat in my hands and I LURV it. With a light application it makes an interesting neutral with a kick. I'm glad it pulls more burgundy than purple, I'm loving pairing it with my brown neutral shadows.

Lou, you will LOVE the blush. I hated to spend so much for a blush but I could not resist. However you do get a good amount so I think it will last a godd amount of time. I am loving it and all my other blushes are quite jealous now.

I finally got around to getting a sample of the two lightes shades of the Mat Lum. foundation. I am still looking for that HG foundation that will agree with craziness that menopause has caused my skin. I'm hoping this one will work as the colors look pale enough.
