The handbook says refills are "Asian exclusive and MAC stores," but it is not clear whether it means MAC stores in Asia or MAC stores in the US (but not counters). Third possibility might be that there are refills just on the Pro site as Pro LE (similar to the MAC release of Strada).

I too hope that we do get the blushes in pan form so that way it's much easier so that way we don't have to depot the blushes in pot.
