it's true, it would be great if they had a more appropriate/steady amount of stock where needed...it seems like the individual counters/stores don't even get much choice in how many they will stock, although i have no idea how their supply chain works.

it doesn't help that mac is constantly created hype for the next big collection, so by the time they get more stock of a hot item, it's time for the next release and the customer has moved on....i got the impression that's what happened with the blogger collection, because first they were sold out, then they had stock kicking around online for ages!

What would be helpful is to take the online community - bloggers, forum, etc... - into account as an indicator what will do well. That way, it would be easier to provide more stock from the very start. For example, we already know that Full of Joy will only last a few hours before it will be sold out. I don't think it would be worth to have huge stock for every product, but observation of the market is crucial. It all comes down to the supply chain though... If it is more profitable to produce less stock, but sell it all, it's probably better for a company than produce a large stock but end up not selling it. I assume that the former approach is more profitable. Oh well...

my shop & drop quad look lippie= seasoned plum (daphne) and blush=azalea blossom (spring forecast/daphne), liner=industrial (vera) underneath of power boosted from quad

thanx guys... somehow i feel this lipstick is NOT meant for the season so I am not sure if I should keep it or not....I like it but damn, it is dark! Temptalia's swatches sometimes are really off....

thanx again lol. vampy huh? not the look i was going for but with my skin and any lippie thats slightly darker...thats what i get! :p hhahahhaah i think spring season doesnt suit this lipstick or viceversa.

The March collections have "come out" here, but they have got only half of the stuff! There are NO Quads, NO Fluidlines, NO Cremeblend Blushes and NO QS, WMS, NS or IB! Some items are also missing from Vera and Chen, and Zen Rose & all the pens from Too Supreme!

Plus we get nothing (no TC or ED) next month either!

It actually took some of our Department Store websites (House Of Fraser especially, I'm looking at you) a few days before they had the whole collection up. Most had something missing to begin with. Could that also be the case in Finland?

We have only two counters in the whole country and it's already the 15th. If something does not happen soon, I'm not very confident.
