Well, the Sun Tints don't do anything for me but that packaging is exactly what I wanted this collection to look like. I'm not a huge fan of Summer collections in general, but the last couple of years, Mac have really managed to win me over. I really liked Surf Baby and To the Beach and ended up buying several items from each. On the other hand, I also have my eyes on a few things from the Nars Summer collection, so I'll have to spread the love.

That peek of packaging looks interesting. Can't wait to see what the rest of the collection looks like. I haven't tried the lip tints. What's the difference between them and Tendertones?

The s/t are thicker and have a slightly stickier texture, but they are not as moisturizing as t/t. If you put them on in layers, they are not too bad, especially for outdoor activities (beach, hiking, etc...). The t/t smell much nicer, but the s/t have a higher SPF.
IMO the tt are creamier and have a balmy texture. I found the st had a greasy texture and weren't as moisturising

I haven't tried sun tints yet, but i think I'll get one. I've been looking for a lip product with a good SPF and some nice shine for kayaking in the summer. I'm a psycho and can not go without make-up even for kayaking, but I try to just wear lip gloss. What do the sun tints smell like? The regular vanilla?

I've used up a whole s/t earlier this year for ocean-kayaking. The s/t are great for water sports as they do not come off easily. They have a slight vanilla scent. If you have Genuine Treasure and/or Treasure Hunt p/p, they also hold up well in the water (if you want some more make up). :encore:
