First of all,

! I'm new here as well and know what you mean about how helpful all the comments are.
Second - I went to two Nordstrom locations earlier this week, and they wouldn't let me pre-order the blushes! I settled for making an appointment on launch day, but I'm really worried everything will be sold out!!! I'll have to stalk the MAC and Nordstrom websites just in case.

Hi Guys, I joined spektra because all your comments are so helpful in picking out which product to purchase, so THANK YOU

So heres my contribution

I went to my local nordstroms last night to pre-purchase TC blushes, RS and ED. I found out that they only carry 6 pcs. of each and since alot of people are pre-purchasing they are already out of a few items (I got the last Pink Cult). So if you dont think you can be fast enough to buy online try going to Nordstroms (you can even try & swatch the products) so you dont miss out.

Now for those of you who are NC35 like me, I found out that Pink Tea does NOT show at all unless i pack it on, which is a waste of product.

Heres the items I ended up with: Blushes- FoJ, MM, PC, Magenta L/S- Heroine, PP, WMS and from ED - WoG, DD and Sweet Heat. I also got Lightscapade and was able to pick out one with better veining (some of them were just blah pale).

Try calling first, I actually called 2 before I found one that knew about the pre-sell. Funny thing was when I got there the SA didnt know they were doing a pre-sell and had to ask another manager when I insisted that they were doing pre-sell Good luck!

I am only getting Modern Mandarin. I always wanted to try NARS Taj Mahal but since I am NC20 I was a little scared it'll be too much for me, but MM is more user friendly lol

I think I'm going to get Pink Tea and Immortal Flower for sure. I was planning on getting Full Of joy but I don't know if it would be flattering.

I really want to try Modern Mandarin because it looks so awesome, but I don't think I could pull it off (NW15, red hair).

Does anyone with lovecloud have tarte amazonian in dollface to compare it too? Temptalia suggested that as a dupe, but I wanted to see what anyone else thought. I have soo much stuff already I don't want to grab things I already have the shade of, no matter how pretty it is...

I honestly don't know what I am going to do. I want them all, but financially I don't think that will be happening. I know that I will probably regret not getting a few of them. Why isn't this up yet on the regular MAC site???? Someone???

Maybe it's me and my aging eyes but in looking at those comparison swatches I didn't see EXACT dupes for any of the TC blushes.

Well my ^^^ dear, I'm old but I still have a sharp eye for color & I agree - there are no close/exact dupes. Besides, the texture/sheen will be different/amazing.

I agree that there aren't any EXACT dupes, but it'll help me narrow down my list.. Since I can't afford all of them, I can eliminate the ones that I'm on the fence about if I have something that looks a tad similar. The sheen won't be as amazing, but my wallet will love me a little more for it.

But, I still have my lotto ticket for tonight. Who knows, maybe I'll win enough money to buy all the collections in the world!

Thank you for the link! Looks like they are really similar, at least sheered out for blush application. I guess I'm skipping this whole collection, some look so nice but not necessary considering what I already own, I'd rather get the tarina tarintino blush palette I've been looking at instead of these. Still getting pink cult though!

I've seen some products show up on the site on Sunday, but I can't recall them launching on a Saturday.
