elegant those photos are so beautiful...i have been mulling over whether to get impassioned nailpolish and i think i am definitely being swayed to do so! pink nouveau looks really nice too...i'm a little bit less certain on that one for myself, but it looks sooo pretty...

i tried a few of the polishes in the store today, rebel, spice, russian red and GAT...i'm not sure why T gave rebel a not so good review, i thought it was the best of the bunch, but i left it behind because the sales assistant told me that the polishes were eventually going to be made perm.....so i figured i'd pick one up closer to fall or winter....

i also back to maced for spice!
it doesn't look like anything exciting on me, but it does make for a nice natural lip look. slightly pinky.

I think Pink Nouveau would look lovely against your skin tone in the Summer- wonderful contrast.

Thanks. It's actually a warm rosy nude brown on my lips. The application of lipstick was fine, I had no problems with it. It has a satin finish, meaning that it's two notches down from the matte finish. It lasted pretty long especially since I topped it with the matching lipglass. Even after I destroyed my frap. from Starbucks, I didn't have to reapply. lol

That is some staying power...consider me enabled. Which is saying a lot, because I not has fond of Satin. I actually love brown lipstick but I can't wear any that are too dark. Now I am going to have to hunt this down. I have actually wanted a rosy brown, if this had been in that new matte finish like the Iris Apfel ones, it would have been BU crack for me.

Anyone have any idea what MAC glosses are close to Angel, since it's sold out on line?

Also, i realized today when testing a particular eye look that i need a blue-pink lipstick without frost or shimmer and a lip gloss to go with it. Any recommendations? Sadly, St. Germain lipgloss is also sold out.

Picked up Chestnut lipglass at the Pro store today. I couldn't make Spice lipstick work on me, though its lipglass came close, I had to leave it behind.

For those that own Peachstock: how does it look on fair-skinned gals? I know it's been repromoted up the wazoo, but I'm slightly intrigued by it, though my instincts tell me it may be too brash for my skintone. Still, I'm rather curious to hear some opinions on the shade!

I finally decided to skip this collection.. I tried Myth lipglass in store but it's nothing special... I also tried Morange lipglass but preferred to bought Riviera Life from Hey Sailor!
I love a lot of lipsticks in the permanent range (girl about town, russian red....) but I prefer to take them slowly and for free with back to Mac.. this is my policy XD

IMO Riviera Life is much prettier than Morange because it has this lovely golden shimmer

And the special packaging of course...

Yes. It seems Macy's got different collections than the MAC f/s stores and counters.

I cannot wear Peachstock or Myth. The color tone looks weird on me. NW15

I totally agree!! Riviera Life has the golden shimmer PLUS it's more of a tangerine orange ...It's definitely staying on the list.
