I've just tried Launch Away blush, and I love it. It shows up nicely on my pale skin, and looks pinker on than it does in the pan.

Yes, it does! I was surprised that it looked pinker and more intense when I applied it for the first time.

They all have some level of sheen. If you prefer matte, then I'd stick to the "Matte Bronze" from the perm line.

I already have a good matte bronzer (The Balm Bahama Mama is awesome), but I was looking for a more olive toned bronzer (Nude on board) with a slight sheen, but not sparkly.

It's possible I'll miss out on a few things from this collection if it launches before next Friday. I'm still on the fence on the blushes, but I do love that sheen.

It seems that MAC is tightening their policy. It's ok with me and certainly understandable. From a business perspective, I don't think there is a valid reason for a Pro discount on special packaging products.

I don't mind paying more for the special packaging, however, I don't think it is wrong to get a discount. There is no alternative given for the products in regular packaging. If I had the choice, I would have gotten the eyeshadows and blushes in refills. They are shades I really like but only come in these packages. The e/s and blush packages do not tickle my fancy. The bronzers and lipsticks look cute though. Thinking about depotting the blushes and eyeshadows, but not sure yet.

Seeing how much is sold on ebay before the release date, it is obvious that there is a misuse of the Pro discount going on. It's just sad that everybody now has to suffer.

Oh well, in any case, it won't change my list or affect what I will purchase in the future. But hopefully, it will reduce the misuse of Pro privileges.

I agree with that. There are people out there that buy loads and then make a business out of selling it again. I agree that that is wrong. Not only because a lot of people miss out on the chance to buy items themselves, but also because they abuse their membership. However, I think most people use their membership they way it was meant to be. I know I do...

There was also no discount on the S3/C3, and Chen Man collections here. I thought that was ridiculous, since the "special packaging" was a mere cardboard cover for regular packaging...

Pro discount is meant for those who use it professionally. If people make a business out of reselling, I think that is abusing the discount too.

I thought this collection would fly off the shelves, but HS has been up on the UK site for a week and a half now and only Feeling Fresh and Red Racer are sold out (the first day I believe).

I don't think so since we have to pay for the discount. A lot of people resell their companies products. The only way I see it is wrong is if the product is stolen and is resold.
