This is way OT but I need help! What is most peoples' HG/go to for the tightline? I bought LM Tightline in Marine Blue but it doesn't seem to stay on or really make a difference. Any thoughts??? Thanks in advance.

Thank you in advance.
Crew looks like a subtle blush on me, comparable to the Vera facepowders. As you are a bit darker than me I'm not sure how it will look on you. However, if it is too light to use as a blush you can always use it as a base for a healthy glow on your cheeks and a bit upwards towards your temples and then layer a brighter or darker blush on the apples of your cheeks and blend upward. I hope you know what I mean to describe.

Red Racer is a very pretty red with no distinct yellow or blue undertones. Just a pretty straight up red. If that's what you're looking for, get it! TCAS is very nice when you use bronzer or perhaps if you are a bit more tanned (from my NC15 point of view). I think the bronzer works well with TCAS. Sail la Vie is a very pretty orange/red colour. Not as loud as neon orange. Somewhere in between that and a red in a satin finish. Personally, I like it.

Well, what are the musthaves... That really depends on your taste. Hard to make that decision for you. Think about what you will most likely wear, what you feel comforortable in wearing...?

The best colours for tightlining IMO are either brown or black, depending on the colour of mascara you use. Usually black is used for tightlining. Unless you have a blue mascara, I wouldn't recommend that colour for tightlining.

I bought all the TC blushes & I really like the pictures i've seen of Fast Fleet, therefore i don't know if Crew is a must have. I'll have to see whether or not I get a Bronzer. I know that I really have to see this stuff in person to see what looks best, but I'm just trying to get a pre haul plan together. Sorry! I tried to edit this by quoting what you had said but I can't seem to edit this!

I use an interesting Japanese product Kanebo KATE Eyeliner Frame Impact (FR): http://www.adambeauty.com/showitem....&productid=1&brandSubid=&groupid=1&catid=2048

It's a 3 pronged liquid/felt-tipped pen that you kind of dot between/under your lashes. It's not the darkest liner but it does the job and is easier and cleaner than cake liners (for me anyway).

Thanks FadBurger, I'm going to look this up!

MACerette, Is there a certain pencil or eyeshadow brand & color that you prefer to use for tightlining? I use black mascara. I chose LM Marine Bleu b/c I liked the way a sales associate had used it. It made the whites of my eyes brighter, but I'm very unhappy with the product, just like how I had the LM Full Blown Mascara when I used it. Thanks again.

Now I'm going to be sensible for you. If you're on a budget, don't get it. If you have the TC blushes and you use them only for yourself, you're set fot the next couple of years.
When it comes to Red Racer: a red lipstick is never really out of fashion. Buying RR is not risk. If you usually don't wear bronzers I would try them in store first and see if you like them. If there is no store near you, you should make a decision whether or not you will buy a bronzer without buying. All the eyeshadows are pretty.

Ok, just had a sensible moment. Why can't I ever have one for my own?

Congrats! How long did it take them to approve it? I've been so lazy I need to get around to applying.
Thanks! About twelve days. I applied 30 April for the first time but the documents were in the wrong format. I sent those again on 2nd May and I was told it could take up to one month. Impatient as I am I started mailing them today if my application had been looked at yet. Later today I received an e-mail with my pro account code. (This was for Nars Europe by the way.)

sorry that was a stupid question, but i think from your comment about twilight i thought you meant your whole face was sparkly...i think you are right, it's probably not a good idea to put the body oil on one's face!
anyway, the look you have in your profile pic is very pretty...i'm looking forward to seeing your new tutorial!
wow that is an increase for the shadows...usually duty-free is cheaper...i guess perhaps that's the annual price hike?!

what skintone are you? i'm curious to know how crew will look on nc44-45...
lol! yeah i just had it all over my arms! :) and thank you :)

The changing colors of Crew has made me decide against it, I don't want to be disappointed after the top layer is gone.

So my final list is:

Fleet Fast

Lush Light Bronze Careblend. It was LE, but you might be lucky enough to find it in CCO's.
I've actually been able to consistently find it at 2 of the CCO's I regularly check. Haven't bought it yet since I haven't really had a chance to try it out.
