Thanks for this info. I got Force of Love lipstick (Chenman coll.), and while i've worn it a few times, i think i look like a cross between Bozo the Clown and a bag lady. I'm fine wearing green, teal, sapphire, blue-violet, mauve, plum or brown l/s, but i'm not a BRIGHT lipstick wearer normally (i do find the l/g more wearable). So i decided to try to change my attitude and i'm just not feelin' it. I tried Beet with FoL, but wasn't crazy for the result. I have a couple brown liners - Whirl, and some non-MAC - and I'll give 'em a... uh... whirl. ;-p

I also used the peach shadow, the cranberry liner and Cranberry shadow on my lower lash line as well. This look didn't take long to do. I didn't do anything special or magical... I simply used a base and a 217 brush. Again: my intent is not to sell you the product but to PROVE that these do work without putting in "extra" effort... Are these a must-have? Nope. But Beth Mask is a product that can be used for those days you don't have time to do fancy looks... My point is just take reviews with a grain of salt. Some (not all) bloggers who review products have no clue what they're doing or what they're talking about. I had zero issues with Beth Mask.

I snipped off the photos, but you look lovely. You have such great skill with your eyes.

I liked the way Strada looked when i tested it, but didn't both to pick up the refill in a near-by MAC Pro shop. Now you're making me want to get Powder To The People after all! You sneaky enabler, you :p

p/p as a base.
I only love actual paints better than pots. LM eye basics are pretty good too. I use to love UDPP but these products are much better and UDPP creases on me, these don't.

Well, I said I was skipping, but somehow YPA ended up in my cart with the Sailor restock. I realized I don't have a nice neutralish light pink in the PL formula.

So glad you posted that. Yes, there are days when I want to just go straight out of the tube on everything and don't want to work, but most of the time, if l love a color, I will figure out a way to make it work. That combo in Beth Mask looks great the way you applied it, you are making me want to get it. I actually really like the grease sticks, maybe I am one of the few. I can't deal with it if its too dry and draggy, but too greasy I can put some powder on top of it and tame the grease, as long as I have a good no slip base on underneath. Occasionally, if I don't mind a little slip, I will use the grease stick as a base, just with a nonslip something underneath but I love the colors. And of course, set that puppy with a powder product. They make good bases for glittery stuff you don't want migrating.

You're welcome. =) The peach shadow is softer than the burgundy / cranberry liner. BUT to soften cream products all you have to do is warm the product up a little bit on the back of your hand.. And it will glide like a dream.. It's not a must have, but it's a nice product to have... easy for quick looks.

The only issue I have with paints is the packaging and how one might end up wasting product (inevitable but very annoying).

I got Dear Diary and YPA. They both look really pretty. Haven't tested them yet as I'm sick. Dear Diary looks really bright! But, I like that. The packaging of them feels really nice. These are my first Pro Longwear Lipcremes. I'm curious how Booyah! would look but am not sure. I was a NC20 last I checked. I wonder if I should get matched again tho as it's been awhile.

As for Dear Diary selling out, I noticed that yesterday. Kinda neat to have a sold out lippie. I'm usually late to the party lol and miss out. Still have skippers remorse about WMS.
