Thank you Ernie for the swatches! Your swatches make these products seem much more wearable than how they appear in the Chanel promo pics. Maybe this collection will suit me after all.

Ernie, great minds think alike! I got the Twilight n/p, Firefly l/g (how gorgeous is this?), the Twilight Ink e/l and the blush/highlight duo.

Things are busy, and life is very hard right now, but I've decided to distract myself for a time :).

I also got a few items from the Bobbi and LM collections.....I got the Twilight liner, the eye shadow palette (I wanted to resist this but couldn't) and the blush/highlight duo....and got the LM eye duo in Mystere and the highlighter.......

I can't wait to see this collection - I hope it shows up soon!!!

Glad to see you here Cheryl! This shade is up on Nordstrom already! If it's part of the actual fall collection maybe the other items will be up very soon?

Edit: Eh, never mind - ship date is 6/29 if you add it to your bag....

Hi Almus!! Miss QQ!! I'm very happy to be back with my makeup compadres!! Things are hectic, but with any luck, temporary........I wish I could say I was on a no-buy during my hiatus, but alas, no.

I've managed to get my nose into a few other brands, most of which I'm happy to say I love.

But my more recent Chanel purchases were Fleur de Lotus, and I managed to find a Poesie tester at Izzy's, so I was quite thrilled. I also found my long-sought-after Frivole RA, so I am quite content with my collection at the moment. I did manage, some time back, to snag a European version of Turbulent, so my hunt will continue for the US version. I just can't even imagine how I missed it when it came out. Oh well. It's always good to have something on the HTF list.

Is everyone enjoying their summer?

^^ What other brands have impressed you? I saw your post at Inglot thread, and I wish I can go to the store. I'm glad that summer is here, but the weather can be a little erratic, with very high temperatures but rain in the middle of the day.
