I really don't know what to think about this one.

Earthshine is quite sparkly. Pretty color though.I am very excited about Earthshine-- finally another MSF that is darker like Metal Rock. Will be a fantastic contour, unless it is too sparkly
Razzledazzler- I am still mad about that lipstick. It turned rancid after the first month I had it. I will never buy that color again.
Supernova is not glittery and it's a gorgeous color that will flatter most shades.I so wanted to buy a MSF and a MB, but they all seem so glittery. For those who've seen the products, are any of these just glowy (like Peachykeen or Warm Soul) and not glittery? I might have to wait to see if the winter collections have less sparkly mineralize products.
MAC mislabeled the promo pics they sent out, apparently. She got Stratus and Ring of Saturn mixed up. Stratus is the deep plummy one. Ring of Saturn has terra cotta, that is red brown.
EDIT: Hmmm, checking the internet, it looks like several people have them confused.
When i tested it, all the colors swirled together leaned slightly greener than it looks in those photos. It has a lovely iridescent quality, between blue and green, sort of a silvery greeny aqua. I prefer greens on me rather than blues (i love blues, but i don't think they really look so great on me) so i got this one. If you prefer blue, then work the metallic "grey" (really a cool blue) part of the swirl more than the green parts.
Thanks for giving a heads up about the harshness. It's probably a no-go for me in that case. The scrubby bits in it probably make it incompatible with the clarisonic also.I tried the VAE the first time around and it was WAY too harsh on my sensitive-combo skin. Plus it has a lot of added fragrance, which I personally hate in skincare products. I pawned it off on my hubby, who liked it (it made his skin baby-butt soft), but for my face it was too abrasive.
This is one collection that I am really on the fence about. I like mineralize products, but I feel like I have so many things I am using and loving right now (and of course it sounds like there are many wonderful things on the MAC horizon). I'm just not sure if any of the MES and blushes really stand out yet. Right now I am fore sure picking up a two of the lipsticks *Venus and Fire Sign) and likely 2 or 3 MSFs. I am anxiously awaiting Liba's review.
Yus! Sparkle, glitter, shimmer, all of the above!Hey, you're no weirdo - well, no weirder than i am- see my SIG line
Hey everyone! I have been lurking around and finally decided to get an account.
I saw everything the other day and I didn't think much of it was glittery. Some had quite a bit of sheen to them, reminded me of Glorify and the like.
Earthshine is the most beautiful of all the products. It was amazing the different ways my SA made it look. Don't skip it until you see it -- GORGEOUS.
Lol, I know how you feel!I surrender...I must buy something that has a swirl in it! I cannot live my life swirlless.
Wouldn't Earthshine be too dark for paler girls like me, though?I saw everything the other day and I didn't think much of it was glittery. Some had quite a bit of sheen to them, reminded me of Glorify and the like.
