I am.. I tried explaining to him that I had free shipping since my order was over $150 and I paid the additional $10 for overnight and his response was "Pro doesn't get free shipping". I'll try calling back tomorrow to speak to someone else. I'm too frustrated right now to deal with anyone. I'll just sit here drooling over all the gorgeous swatches.

That's ridiculous! I ordered last night, and mine is scheduled to ship this afternoon. I just checked the tracking. I would DEFINITELY call and complain.

I think that's the problem, you have no idea whether it's possible to sheer it out enough for it to be wearable.

I'm hoping we'll see it on someone with a lighter skintone before the collection releaes over here.

You can call and ask them. They recycle their tracking #s too, so that could be something. I would just call and ask what's up.

I found out last night that Astral is really similar to Star Quality CSG...

Star Quality has a little bit of coral tone, and Astral has some sparkle - but they look really similar otherwise.

I just found out that Supernova is sold out online but I was wondering if this means that it will be sold out in stores as well. Or do stores like Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom release HC after it's available online. Would I still be able to grab Supernova even if it's sold out online?

I'm located in NYC if that helps!

Usually they seem to have a separate stock alotted to the stores for selling there... and Nordstrom should have some too when they launch, so you still have some chances....I would try to call and reserve/pre-order one in store though cuz it will probably be gone quickly.

I'd say yes, you should still be able to find Supernova in stores and counters, unless the counter pre-sales all the Supernovas they have in stock. Pre-sales, however, have nothing to do with online sales. There's still hope for Supernova! =)
