So, for those who have Earthshine, what exactly am I looking for with my swirl? I don't want one that's really dark I don't think....Just prepping for my visit to the store tomorrow. I will be there @ 950! Must be the first one in line

This is my earthshine and it is not to dark at all. It gives a nice amount of plum but a good balance of gold.

They've got a duty free thing on at the moment on some beauty and fragrance stuff - they never run 2 offers at once I reeeeally could have done with 10% off!

I got one of each, but the 235 is still on it's way. I got the 128 with Extra Dimension and ordered the 234 and 179 from allcosmeticswholesale and got them the day before yesterday. I like both face brushes and the 234 does work, but i have better blending brushes. Does anybody love the 234 and how do you use it?

Yeah with your haul you definitely could have! My Debenhams doesn't have MAC so I can't even use my reward points for money off. Just gonna order Venus & Firesign and a couple perm items I think. As pretty as all the swirls are, I'd likely not use them in fear of messing them up - or disliking the colour on me. Too much of a gamble when I can't swatch.

IMO it works best for an all-over wash and contouring (similar to the look in the promo pics for SP). It blends really well light to medium pigmented shades rather than strongly pigmented ones (which might end up patchy). What I love about the 234 is that you can use it with an MES that has a lot of glitter as it will take away some of the glitter (it sticks to the bristles), so you get more pigmentation but it does not get overly glittery. Enjoy!
