I think you have Morning Frost right? That is a good dupe for it. I was being lazy with it and actually just used my blush brush with Earthshine-didn't even care what color came out of it! And Stratus I didn't care either used both colors with some regular shadow type art brush, but I did want it to be more pronounced. A picture...really?!!?

I used to have Moth Brown, but I didn't like it. I think it was darker, and didn't have the tiny gold sparkles!

I was wondering if you used the MSF and MB wet or dry? I wanna try using mine as eyeshadows too but am afraid of hurting them. I won't get them damp at all if there's a risk of it getting weird on me. I know the MES can get damp and are designed to be applied wet but I haven't gotten any yet. I'm waiting until I get paid again to pick some up if they're still around. I am curious as to how Stratus looked as a shadow. Thanks.

Used them both dry this time but I will eventually try wet.
You see the shiny part, that is where I used it wet. After a couple of swipes with a dry brush it will go back to looking like the pic above with Aurora. This is the way I have always used the MSF's and ME's. I think I have a pic of all the blushes wet, stunning!! But try it this way and see how it works.

I'm fine with my swirls, Star Wonder is quite plum, Sky is really light blue, Light year and Ring of saturn are the cutest to look at... Stratus is not so cute in the pan.. but it's incredibly flattering on my skintone O___O probably because I'm slowly getting tanned!

I'm about NC 5 and I totally recommend Light Year! The one I ordered online has a good balance of the three swirls. It's similar to Launch Away and Crew but it's peachier and has that nice sparkle. It would be a lovely fresh peachy blush on you! It's really effortless.Ahhh! So I can afford another 3 things from this collection and I think I want Light Year, Ring of Saturn (keep going back and forth with this one!), Earthly, Venus and Fire sign. I love love love the colour of Earthly but I never have time to use eyeshadows wet, can anyone think of a dupe in the perm line (or any line)? Are any of these unskippable for a NW10-15 girl?

Welp. I ended up not going to the store. I guess I've had a bad week and my social anxiety had me dreading making a bus ride over there.
But I ordered my goodies online. I got ES, Stratus, RoS and SW. I figure if I get a totally impossible swirl for ES or Stratus I can use them as eye shadows, but I think if I blend the edges with my face powder or layer them over other shades I can make em work. I'm really excited by all the repurposing that you lovely ladies have been doing with the msfs! I really want to try SW in an eye look when I get it. Everyone's pics are making me swoon! This collection is so exciting but it's also just so perfectly pretty.

I'm SO happy Shellcat talked me into getting Venus! She sent me the most lovely lip swatch yesterday that sucked me in! And I was going to pass on all the lip products!

Thanks Hun! What don't you like about MAC lipsticks? Have you tried one in awhile? If not, they have REALLY improved upon the formulas for their matte and lustre finishes! Venus is a Lustre... You really should give it a chance. Trust me, I was going to pass on it too...Thank you! DH today said I should get a BU! What an enabler lol

I'm just not a lipstick kind of gal. The only ones I've ever liked have been the YSL Rouge Pur Shine and Chanel Rouge Coco Shine. They too are drying for me, but I like the consistency. I guess I haven't tried any new MAC lustres, but they still feel thick to me instead of buttery smooth. I own a handful of MAC, but I never wear them.
