Same lol. I'm just finally flattening the dome of Dainty, and I've used that nearly every day for a year! Can't even imagine finishing an MSF in my lifetime.

I was looking at Dainty in my drawer thinking it just looks so dull now compared to the new stuff. Next to HC and Tres Cheek blushes some of my old stuff looks meh.

I had gone in thinking I'd get universal appeal, but I think in the end there was too much silver shimmer, so I was worried it wouldn't look as nice on my skin as some of the warmer shimmer shades. not sure it was the right move, but maybe I can find my way back to Mac in the not so distant future.

Aurora is that red? It's hard to tell what it is online. It looks reddish brown. I was wondering if it was like Nars Lola (which I have never seen in person).

The only thing I'm a bit sad about is that my Earthshine has a small crack and that the edges of Sky have crumbled a bit. That's why I'm considering ordering both online as well. I also really like Light Year. I kinda want a back up. Oh no here we go again

Can anyone describe Invincible Light and why you like it. What color does it come out? Does it have an iridescence? Does it have gold sparkle? Is it angelic ? I haven't seen a pic of anyone wearing it.

I didn't really like it. It wasn't as smooth as the other shadows and it didn't adhere to my skin as well. It is a really light and shiny pink. It has a bit of a gold sheen. I think the angelic discription kinda fits

Hi all, I am new to Specktra and have been lurking around for over a year. After having met Pinkdollface this morning for the second time I've decided to register myself and give it a go.
I really love all the lovely swirls out here and was very happy to be assisted by Pinkdollface in swirl hunting this morning.

Pinkdoll face, it was very nice meeting you this morning: you are awesome yourself! I really loved swirl hunting together. We were lucky that we were so early since our Counter only got two earthshines and sky's. I love my heavenly "treasures". I got Earthshine, Starwonder, Lightyear, Ring of Saturn, Aurora (I was going back and forth on this one, but the MUA made me decide to get this as quick as I could! She adores the pink in Aurora and so do I!), Sky (the last one ;-)) and Cut a caper.
My 4 year old daughter adored Sky since blue is one of her favorite colours.

Pinkdollface, did you notice that they didn't have any Solar Ray MB? Now I can't stop thinking about it. Maybe it's because it is not available, that I want it so bad?

Anyway, I can still order in online, if I really want to.

Could anyone tell me if Lightyear and Solar Ray are very similar?

I am really glad I finally registerd myself. You are such a big enablers! Without you I wouldn't own half of the make up that I do.

It was so nice this morning and I'm happy that you finally became a member as well! It's so much nicer to shop together than alone It was so cute how your daughter kept pointing at Sky

I also notice the missing Solar Ray, but maybe it was where the mirrors are. Sometimes when the MUA's put on their make up they take the items there. I wasn't interested in that colour, because it looks to glittery to me.

Yesterday I walked in at the Mac counter to check the collection in advance, which b.t.w. wasn't possible anymore and they told me that they didn't get Solar Ray. What was so funny was that the MUA told us we knew more about collections than they did them selves. Yeah, it is so much nicer to shop together!

My swirls!

Sky and Earthshine are already sold out at my counter, because they only got two of each of those! I got one of each and another awesome lady got the other ones. It was a lot of fun, because we were both swirls hunting! I'm quite pleased with my swirls. I'm not sad that my Earthshine is dark, because I really like the colour of the dark swirl in it. I was also able to find a Light Year without too much gold. There was one with even less gold, but I prefered this one. My Supernova has this weird blob of gold on one side, but it's cute. The gold isn't glittery like I expected, so that's nice! I also like that my Sky has a lot of the darker blue. Sky is just gorgeous! I also wanted a Neo Nebula that didn't have a lot of the light colour and I found that as well. I really like the colour of Neo Nebula! I like all the colours

I only got one thing that wasn't on my list so I was a good girl so far The nice lady and the MUA enabled me on Aurora. I really didn't expect to like that colour so much. I'm so happy with my goodies, but I kinda want to get more

I always want things after they're sold out too, even if I wasn't going to get them in the first place!

Here is a quick look using Sky on the lids with the 235 brush (which I now love btw) and Aurora in the crease and Brown Down to darken the crease a bit, Brown Down under the eyes and Blanc Type as a highlight. My camera doesn't pick up Aurora as well, but you get the idea. I'm also wearing Light Year as my blush and a tiny bit of Earthshine as bronzer/contour.

How do you like Earthly and Magnetic Attraction? I want those both, plus Universal Appeal. 

I have both and love them! Earthly is a gorgeous taupe and Magnetic Attraction is like a pinky copper. I didn't like UA, the texture wasn't as nice as the other eyeshadows IMO.

So I went into store today and picked out the following Starwonder msf - an unusual msf imo. It's not like anything in my collection and will make a lovely blush. I liked the look of light year but was too close to porcelain pink to warrant getting as I don't use my warmer toned face powders that much Neo nebula mes- very pretty and will help make my green eyes pop Universal appeal- I love purple so this was always on my list! Bright moon- stand out of the collection for me. Stunning colour and it's unlike any other mes in my collection. I think it will look fab as a simple wash of colour on the lid and some black liner. On a side note...I always hand pick my mineralize products but I noticed this time that all the swirls were fairly consistent in my store- equal amounts of each colour in each pan.... I wasn't blown away by the lip products and I am excited to try alot of the new stuff coming out soon...electric cool shadows, lipstick palettes and new pro palettes so I went easy with this collection so I would have funds for the other collections out soon........

Thanks, Anitacska! She also loved Bright Moon, as it has some nice foam green/blue colour, but it swatched too silver for my liking.

Pinkdollface, it just stroke me that your Supernova looks like a question mark.

Misskan, I didn't expect this, but I really like Earthshine. It is quite special and can also be used as an eyeshadow. I also like Starwonder and Ring of Saturn. I guess it depends on your taste and if you need more blushes, etc. (yes, of course we NEED new blushes, eyeshadows etc. even though we have thousands and thousands

)

They also told me I can't look in advance anymore, but it's ok. Weird that they didn't get Solar Ray. That happened a couple of times before with other items as well.
The MUA's told me more often that it's funny I know more than they do about the collections
